Varied breakfasts, everything fresh, fresh fruit, everyone will find something tasty for themselves, great coffee :) The rooftop pool is fantastic, beautiful view, clean, great drinks and drinks. Dinners are a real culinary feast, delicious, prepared with great passion and taste. Concert evenings on the roof with snacks and excellent wine are just a fairy tale.... The real hit, however, is the Friday evening with food from the Emilia-Romagna region, prepared by an excellent chef. The richness of flavors and smells, all accompanied by music and, most importantly, feasting in the presence of the hotel owners and staff. And here great words of appreciation for the hotel and restaurant staff. Always smiling, helpful and professional. Signor VIncenzo and Filippo thank you very much for such a lovely stay. The room was big and very clean. The balcony was also big and clean. All together the hotel was very modern and beautiful. :) The staff was more than friendly and we felt very welcomed here. We also hot recommendations what we could visit. All in all it was very nice and for sure not our last trip to here!

Lovely family run hotel with a great roof top pool with pool bar. Great service, all staff were very helpful and even provided transport to and from the centre of Cesenatico. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit the area.

Bed a little to hard

The Hotel is literally a few steps from the Beach. Room is rather basic but very clean, and with a nice balcony.

Breakfast is rather basic, as well as the Room.

Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very at home right from day 1. The rooms were modern, with a balcony towards the pine forest / ocean. The rooftop pool was lovely - not huge but perfect, and never very full, since the beach was just 100m away. Rooftop cocktail bar was also a nice touch!

The hotel and rooms were excellent and the owners/staff were wonderful and very friendly.

This is a delightful family run hotel where the staff go out of their way to accommodate you. I had asked for a room on the lower floor as I don't take lifts. However, the message had been lost and when I arrived I was on the top floor. The owner went out of his way to move me and even moved all my luggage himself. It is in a nice quiet area along this coast and at the end of a cul de sac, so no through traffic. There was a short walk to the beach and an excellent fish restaurant 5 minutes away. It was the end of season so it was not busy. I had been looking forward to the roof top bar but I don't think it was open and I didn't have time anyway.

I felt the hotel had probably 'seen better days'. Maybe as it was the end of the season, but it seemed a little tired and jaded. However, this did not diminish the hospitality of the family and the nice atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and the general ambiance very good. I was on my own with family staying near by but felt very welcome and safe there.

the room cost - family room with double bed and Sofa was very expensive comparing to other hotels in the same area
