Room very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. Breakfast very generous and very varied. The breakfast area is accessible all day for warm drinks and water. One can top up one's bottles. Also water with slices of lemon and or mint. This was greatly appreciated.

Their comment that there are 4 restaurants can be misleading. The restaurants are in the vicinity.

The room was clean and neat and a reasonable size. The breakfast was delicious. I loved that guests could access coffee, tea and flavoured water throughout the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

While the hotel was directly across the road from a beach, it was at least a 10 minute walk to the main beaches with deck chairs and a 20-30 minute walk to the main part of town and all the good restaurants.

Clean, convenient boutique hotel near sea. Provided towels for beach as well as chairs umbrellas. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was beautiful and tasty. Staff helped with dinner reservations and taxi’s. So courteous and helpful.

Taxi’s in area start at 20 Euro since they come from downtown Ravenna. That was unexpected.

Nice room with a large balcony and bathroom, good beds. Free parking space. WiFi worked well. Good breakfast, bean-to-cup coffee machine available at all times, along with some croissants. Welcoming staff.

No plain yogurt for breakfast [ but plenty of sugary yogurt variants :( ]. Bike rental not available at the hotel, recommended rental office was 750 m away.

Staff were very friendly. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! Path directly outside the hotel to the SANDY beach! Quiet during the off season. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator for convenience. Parking was easy. Included breakfast was nice.

There are not a lot of food options close to the hotel. An abandoned building nearby.

They were amazing and the communication was exceptional. We were running late, as is usual for Italian train service, and with a quick email and text thru booking, they let us know that they would wait for us at the office! Nice, clean, great value, and amazing breakfast!

Perfect location, spotless clean, really lovely Staff. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and it is perfect every time. Based on this visit I’ll be coming for another 10 years

The only thing I would like to improve is that there is a little kitchenette, but no amenities are provided on the electric hob is switched off I wish the option was there that I could use this as travelling alone. Sometimes it is easy to make something to eat myself.

the apartment was spacious and confortable, aircon worked fine and was quite enough. The complex is designed to shield you from the sun, so maybe not appropiate if one is looking for a sunny place. But then, temparature was almost 40 degree at noon end of june. Walk across a quite street, you are on the dunes and beyond that the beach. There is a long pleasant track for walking and jogging.

not really anything. maybe the mosquitos in the evening but the whole area of Lido Adriano had that problem

Stayed during the F1 Race. Location was well outside of Imola, but was less than an hour to get in and out. The Included breakfast was really good and the location to beach was nice. Staff was was very friendly.

I would recommend the breakfast. It was more than average. It’s also worth noting the soundproof walls. The hotel was full, however we never heard any neighbors.
