This is a lovely place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and attentive — you truly feel cared for here. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the pool is always spotless. You can decide when to change your towels (just follow the instructions in the room). Air conditioning is available, which is a great plus during hot days. The pool area is cozy and well-equipped with sunbeds, swings, chairs, and umbrellas — perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and varied: scrambled eggs with bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh pastries, yogurts with fruit, desserts, juices, and much more. There’s something for everyone! The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5–7 minute walk from a wide, sandy, free beach. On Wednesdays and Fridays, there’s a local market — the streets are closed and filled with authentic Italian charm. Getting to and from Ravenna city center is easy — buses 70 and 80 run regularly, taking around 15–20 minutes. The route is covered by a 2-zone ticket. On weekends, beach discos bring a lively atmosphere, and during the day and evening you might hear peacocks singing — or even see them strolling on rooftops and through the streets! I truly enjoyed my stay — highly recommended!

There was no fridge. Too good audibility between rooms. Those who like to swim by the pool should take into account that there are no shades from the sun. Like almost everywhere in Italy, there are no vegetables at breakfast.

The hotel is just a few steps from the sea. Friendly staf, clean room, breakfasr with a large selection, swimming pool, car parking ... I recommend the hotel for your vacation.

Reasonable breakfast in a great location with an amazing pool.

There could have been more options on the breakfast and it took staff a long time to replenish things that had run out at the breakfast. A bit disappointing there wasn’t a minibar in the room as there was plenty of space for one.

Beautiful new dining area. Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Lovely swimming pool. We have returned to this hotel for a few years and the owners are always welcoming and helpful. The ability to hire bikes from a local beach (organised by the owners) was great.

No facilities in the bedroom like an iron or mini fridge. You need to bring your own toiletries too though soap is provided.

Location close to restaurants and beach, free parking, clean room, clean and nice pool. Breakfast same every day but good. Nice and helpful staff. Beach is great for kids, fine sand an shallow watter. 1 hour to Bologna and San Marino, 2 hours to Florence. Buss to Ravenna close to hotel.

The staff are great and the location fantastic. Short walk to the beach and having a pool is a must in Italian summer heat.

Nice location with attentive staff. Comfortable structure, good breakfast. Close proximity to the beach and the many bar/restaurants in the area.

The Wi-fi can definitely be improved. You can barely read emails with it.
