The staff were really helpful. Property has very good facilities including private parking. It was really quite when we visited bit mainly because its a summer residence but still recommend it. Only a 10min drive to centre and a few minutes to marina di Ravenna. Very good spot to visit places like San Leo, San Marino, Bologna, Ferrara approx 1hr to 1.15hrs. Ravenna Safari e Mirabilandia a 20min drive.

Construction works with intensive drilling started on Saturday at 7:30 AM. The receptionist apologized and explained that that was un-authorized work by their tenant. The work didn't go on next days

Amanda, your receptionist, is an amazing representative for your property. She warmly greeted us upon arrival, offered many restaurant suggestions (using the local map), loaned us adapters for our phones as well as arranged taxi service for our departure. Very kind, professional woman. A bonus for your business, perhaps a raise is in order for her? Our apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We loved our patio outdoor spaces. THE ROOMS WERE VERY SPACIOUS BEDS SO COMFY, SO CLEAN. THE HOTEL WAS VERY BIG AND HAD A VERY UNIQUE LAYOUT. UT. THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL (I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME). DURING THE TIME OF OUR STAY ALOT OF RESUARANTS HAVE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. SHE ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO DRIVE ME TO THE NEAREST CAFE TO GET COFFEE AND CROSSIANTS AND BREAKFAST SANDWICHES FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS. SHE WAS SO SO KIND.

I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY

A spacious and pristine apartment which was very well equipped. It was across the road from a beautiful, safe beach. Simona and Matilda were brilliant with advice and support throughout the stay. Such lovely people who cannot do enough to help.

Not many eateries/ bars within easy walking distance.

We loved everything about the apartment. It was spacious, clean and a short walk from the beach. The hostess was helpful and friendly. It was easy to take bus #70 into city center where we enjoyed a delicious meal and the gorgeous mosaics. Parking was easy too as they have their own lot.

Good location. Spacious apartment with balconies. Air con. Free parking. Lovely girl on reception was very helpful & spoke excellent english. Bus stop outside for visiting Ravenna. Excellent range of bars & restaurants nearby.

Very glad we were not planning to cook as the pans & crockery were minimal.

nice kitchen facilities, had everything you needed. Bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well. Quite lovely balcony to sit out in. Beach right across the road. Sylvia was fantastic, she welcomed us with an Italian coffee. She also helped us book a PCR test that was needed for our cruise. She went over and above by driving us to .the pharmacy, translating then waiting until we were done, took us to a grocery store to get a few provisions. we stayed 3 nights.

you really needed a car to get around. We’re going again next year, will rent a car in town.

The location is excellent, the apartment very spacious and extremely clean. The beach is beautiful and is located very close to the building. Free parking in the yard is a very important point. We will definitely come back to stay longer. Thank you for being pet friendly!

The front desk is very helpful. She walked us to the parking, showed us how to use the keys and elevator. The apartment is very spacious and clean, the small balcony is perfect to enjoy tea or wine with your partner. The room is not sound proof though, we got woken up by an angry neighbor shouting in the morning. Other than that, the whole stay was perfect. We went during off season, the beach is completely empty, couldn’t even find a restaurant for dinner. It was my husband’s birthday, we end up bought something from the grocery and had some simple dinner in the apartment… still great value!
