Fabulous family run hotel. The location is perfect - opposite a lovely beach and 20 mins walk from the old town area. The breakfast was the best continental style I've ever had! Excellent value - would stay again.

Would not suit a fat person, as the doors into the shower and balcony are narrow.

Loved Hotel River! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a big smile & welcome drink. The whole team cannot be faulted, so professional & also very friendly. The breakfast was amazing - so much choice including fresh ricotta. Lovely downstairs seating area perfect for a drink or to relax at any time of day. This area of Rimini was a lot quieter which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel River is less than 2 mins walk from the beach (Lido San Giuliano). The old town of Rimini was a pleasant 25 min walk or you could take public transport - there is a bus stop (bus #2) directly in front of the hotel & a nearby ferry operating in summertime taking you to the main boulevard. The hotel has parking spots which you can reserve which I would highly recommend during the busy season. The team recommended very good restaurants nearby & are about to open their own restaurant for guests very soon.

The shower was a bit small, other than that we had the perfect stay & would definitely come again.

Everything was better than advertised, The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very accomodating. A lift for my wife who struggles to walk

The hotel was a lovely family run place. The breakfast was amazing served by such friendly staff. Lots of fluffy clean towels and our bed linen changed mid week. The hotel is rather old fashioned but please look past this as the staff are just lovely.

The hotel is a short stroll to the beach but the beaches there are all private and they charged €24 each person per day for a lounger with parasol. We did manage to find a beach where we could put our towels down and have a swim.

The staff is super friendly and polite. The receptionist gave us an excellent advice for restaurant. For breakfast you have an amazing choice of home made desserts.

Old fashioned Hotel, but still in rooms furniture, desks, wardrobe,, bathroom (tiles) are still fine , good condition. Staff ist great and friendly, especially Giulia is such lovely person.❤️ Breakfast is very good, even top for that price. Greetings to Giulia , Michelangelo and all others.

Nothing, except of the standard White wine (there is no vino de la casa,) but the standard white wine was warm served (OK, at 10.30 PM) and is not very tasty in my opinion.

Excellent price for what we received; the location was great, view was exceptional, room was squeaky clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Breakfast very good and the staff from breakfast very nice. Nice balcony with sea view and cleaning service.

Housekeeping should knock the door when entering room/bathroom, I was in bathroom naked and some lady opened the door without knocking. Also it s the first time when someone is asking me money in a hotel because I asked for 2 glasses for the room, I mean you should put glasses there already not to ask customers for money instead, we sometimes drink in our room liquids too because it s summer and it s hot. The person who asked for money was not from front staff it was someone from management team, he was also asking me : “Do you have drinks in your room? “ like … what is wrong having drinks in your room? And why does it matter after all for you ? I just asked for 2 glasses not free meals. Swimming pool is closing at 6 PM.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Location was good next to the beach (free beach just couple minutes away) and access to a pool on the other side of the street. San Giuliano Mare is a bit quiter side of the town but with lots of good restaurants and still close to the city centre and the old town.

Only thing was the AC that was not always working properly but the staff did their best to fix it.

Everything was great, our room was not big but cozy, balcony with sea view, yachts and ferris wheel just a big advantage. Breakfast is amazing too. The hotel is in a great quieter area of ​​Rimini. We were very satisfied, many thanks to the excellent staff :)
