We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! The building is modern, has its own swimming pool, and is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach. What we loved most is that in this part of Rimini it’s much quieter than in the busier areas – perfect for enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep after a sunny beach day. The staff were extremely friendly, the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping our room spotless, and breakfast quickly became our favorite part of the day (even though we’re usually not morning people!). The buffet was plentiful, with lots of variety, and absolutely delicious. The pool area is another highlight. It’s cleaned every evening with a special system, and there’s a hotel bar right next to it. On some days, we even preferred the pool over the sea – while the sea can feel very warm in summer, the pool always had the perfect refreshing temperature. Another bonus: just a short walk away, you’ll also find a free public beach area where you don’t have to rent a sunbed, which was super convenient. The hotel is easy to reach from the train station (about 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus). Everything about our stay was wonderful – we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rimini!

A lovely small and cozy hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day, which is surprisingly rare. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of options. Highly recommend!

For families with children, it would be great if the hotel could also offer lunch or dinner. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but most don’t have kids’ menus, so little ones might end up eating pizza, pasta, and fries for several days in a row. Just a friendly suggestion for an otherwise wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location near the beach. Large clean swimming pool with sun loungers and a well stocked bar. Superb breakfast. Amazingly friendly staff. The room is a good size with a comfy bed, clean towels, hot shower and a mini fridge. There is a balcony overlooking the pool. It's a 2 minute walk to San Giugliano beach, bars, shops & restaurants. 5 minutes to Rivabella, a 20 minute walk to the marina and 30 minutes to Rimini central with market, train station, museum, lively bars, shops and beach front. There are also 2 buses that run from the end of the road to the marina and town. I had a wonderful stay here, with a super friendly host who made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend staying here to enjoy your stay in Rimini.

Nothing other than Italian TV channels. I would have liked some international and news channels to watch. It would have been nice to have a stocked mini bar or just some complimentary water in the room on arrival.

The managers are incredibly friendly, the night manager who doubles as bar staff is a fantastic host and the breakfast staff are super helpful, initiating gluten free recommendations. Altogether a warm family hotel. The quadruple room has a bit of a dismal view on one side of an abandoned hotel, but sea glimpses from the other side. It’s well furnished and the shower is ace. Easy 10 minute stroll to the beach and about 30 mins stroll to old town. Pretty garden and coffee terrace. Nice looking pool.

The view from the family room to one side is a bit abandoned looking, but don’t let it put you off, there are lovely views to the other side to the river and sea.

Great room with good facilities, it had a little hair dryer in the bathroom too which was handy. Close to the beach and some really nice places for drinks and dinner. We opted for Breakfast which was amazing. So much choice of fresh local produce with a hot and cold selection. The honey unreal! There is a bus stop right out side but we liked the walk into town it was about 20 minutes. The staff were super friendly and were great reporting one minor issue. The view from our room was perfect it over looked the pool and the river. They also have a safe space for your bags to store if you have a later flight.

100% My own fault but make sure the shutter is fully down to keep out street noise. I made that mistake the first night.

Breakfast was excellent, staff very attentive, replenishment excellent, room airy, great selection. Pool was a wonderful facility which was part of why we booked this hotel. Bedroom was a little tight on space, but adequate. Night staff and one of the receptionist were excellent, super friendly and accommodating. Great Bus service just outside the hotel. Bar had good selection at reasonable prices.

Lift was a little slow. Some information provided by one receptionist was incorrect and lacked knowledge. Difficult to regulate water temperature.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. I stayed here from the 2nd of June to the 5th this year. The service, rooms, facilities and not to mention the above and beyond the staff went to accommodate for their clientele without hesitation was absolutely exceptional. I don’t usually go back to places once I’ve already been as I like to see more and more of the world, but in this exception, I will be coming back here without a doubt. Great staff who try to help you with everything. Good drinks at the Bar. Absolutely delicious breakfast with a lot of cake but also eggs, salad and some meat and cheese options. Pool area is great to relax and enough place for everyone. I had a Single room and my bed was really comfortable and it was clean. Infront of the Hotel you can Park for free but the parking spots are a bit small and when you have a big car you need to go to the Parking area 3 minutes walk and have to pay. I can highly recommend it and for sure i will come back again.

All was great

This hotel was perfect for our stay of three nights. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was large with a well equipped bathroom. We were in room 226 and we had a balcony with double aspect, one looking over the pool and one looking to the river and sea. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for all tastes, bacon, scrambled eggs, home made breads, cold meats, cakes, pastries etc. The pool was not massive but big enough for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. It was really nice to have staff on duty 24 hours.

In comparison with classic Italian breakfast, it was really good - not only sweets, but also eggs, cheese, hams etc.

The size of the bed is really small and as I may understand the lack of iron in every room, the lack of iron on request should not happen
