Great staff who try to help you with everything. Good drinks at the Bar. Absolutely delicious breakfast with a lot of cake but also eggs, salad and some meat and cheese options. Pool area is great to relax and enough place for everyone. I had a Single room and my bed was really comfortable and it was clean. Infront of the Hotel you can Park for free but the parking spots are a bit small and when you have a big car you need to go to the Parking area 3 minutes walk and have to pay. I can highly recommend it and for sure i will come back again.

All was great

This hotel was perfect for our stay of three nights. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was large with a well equipped bathroom. We were in room 226 and we had a balcony with double aspect, one looking over the pool and one looking to the river and sea. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for all tastes, bacon, scrambled eggs, home made breads, cold meats, cakes, pastries etc. The pool was not massive but big enough for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. It was really nice to have staff on duty 24 hours.

The location is great as it is very close to the beach and not that noisy (however, on weekends you can hear music from the beach). Wonderful room cleaning, whiteness of towels and bed linen! Very good coffee during the breakfast. The "Blue bar" is very close to the hotel and is really recommended.

The breakfast selection is very good compared to the Italian standard. However, the choice of vegetables could have been better. Instead, we would have gladly given up that nice-looking but flavourless sweet table :) Very small balconies (only for the clothes dryer) and the view from all 3 of our rooms overlooked the abandoned swimming pool in the neighbourhood (but this is not the hotel's fault)

Quite place, cosy room with all facilities needed and furnished in a smart way. Variable and tasty breakfast. Although the hotel is not new, it is in a very good condition and is very clean! Swimming pool is clean and well shaped. the Balkony has a drier and chairs with the table. There is also a bar inside and very cosy yard to chill out. Both paid and free beaches are very close. Would recommend this place for sure.

Do not recall anything bad really

That hotel, accordingly to the owner of it, has been run for 90 years by several generations of one family. Wonderful location, enormously friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms, very tasty breakfast, gym space, bar and swimming pool at your disposal! It was amazing start of my vacation in Italy. I feel very greatful 🙏💚🌞✨

- Very kind, helpful and communicative staff. Motto of the hotel: NO PROBLEM :) - Room and entire hotel was super clean and aesthetic. Room was equipped in everything we needed. Fridge in the room was very useful - Delicious breakfast with wide variety of choice. Also bar with possibility to eat or drink - Big swimming pool with lot of sun beds and umbrellas so there were always possibility to sit in sun or shade. Plus very kind lifeguards so swimming was always safe and enjoyable - Hotel was very close to the beach, restaurants and shops - Bus stop one step from the hotel - Silent and efficient air conditioner in the room

Breakfast was awesome. Excellent variety of comfort food. Eggs done in many ways. Plenty of sliced cured meats and cheeses. Great choice of breads rolls and croissants. Choice of cold cereal or hot foods like pancakes French toast omelette. Service was excellent. All staff pleasant and helpful. Night time bar service was convenient and plenty of delicious treats available like ice cream and snacks. Above all the owner and staff made you feel at home and part of their own family. Pool was beautiful and supervised and well maintained. The property was well manicured clean and had a lot of casual area for sitting around tables and out door furniture.

Excellent location. Very close to beach only a hundred meters. Also close to the centre of old city. 15 minute walk or 7 minute bicycle ride. City centre is filled with beautiful architecture ancient stone structures like bridges church’s fishing boats government buildings all adorned in classical column architecture Also very strategic for tourists who want to see major cities like Rome Venice Florence Milan all with in a radius of 3 1/2 hours

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ricchi. The hotel is well located only 5 minutes walk from the beach, the pool was great for the kids, the rooms well cleaned and laundered every day, and all staff extremely professional and friendly.

Used the gym on a couple of occasions. In need of an upgrade.

A bit tricky without transport to get there after dark

The breakfast was good. The pool looked very nice, although I had no time to use it or the weather was too rainy/cloudy - would have like to hang out there in my Skinz g-string. The location is close to the beach also.

be careful walking on Carlo Zavagli and other nearby streets as they have no proper sidewalks. The #2 bus stop in front is very helpful, although the bus is generally only hourly.
