Our stay in Italy was a complete experience thanks to this accommodation. The staff was kind, always smiling and helpful. The bedding was clean and impeccable, and the beds were comfortable. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned and tidied every day. It's in an ideal location, with views from the room directly overlooking the sea and the beach, and with direct access as well. It’s close to both the modern part and the old town, which is perfect for daily walks. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and above all, delicious. Italian accommodations are known for offering very modest meals, but this one surprised us — it had variety, both sweet and savory options, as well as fruit. We sincerely recommend it, whether you're looking for a full-on relaxing holiday or a more active one. Parking is included within the hotel, so those arriving by car don't need to worry about finding a parking spot.

Amazing place. The reception was super nice and easy. There's a cafe downstairs for drinks. The rooms were comfortable. View of the beach. An amazing value. The breakfast was at their other hotel right in front across the street and it was an amazing delicious breakfast. All in all good, affordable lodging, friendly staff, and great breakfast. We stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer.

At the end of March we were cold at night in the room, but we didn't ask if there was a heater. There is an air conditioner in the room.

We had a great time in the hotel! The recepcionists were kind and had a very positive aura. The bar gave us a great opportunity to buy drinks, coffee etc. The hotel was close to the beach and to the beautiful walking street, so we were glad because we could make late night walks. We liked the big windows and the balcony, and we had bunch of place for our belongings too! The breakfast was great also.

The hotel is located near the beach, but also easy access by bus to the Rimini central station. The staff was friendly and responsive to any requests. We had the "all inclusive" option - which here means 3 meals with drinks included during the meal. That turned out to be amazing experience: the main course and the second course we had pre-ordered and the the cold appetizers and salads were in buffet style. Great opportunity to try local italian cuisine. The breakfast was standard, also very good and rich in quality and quantity.

The room view on the old building was not at all picturesque. Though, we then were given an option to switch, but we stayed for the bigger room size.

Close to the beach, th staff is very friendly and helped us wih everything. Good breakfast.

The room is poorly soundproofed, so you will hear waves (this can be a good point if you want to hear the sea :) ). No glasses in the room. The furniture looks a bit old, but if you are just sleeping in the room, it shouldn't bother you that much.

The staff was friendly and able to speak multiple languages. The hotel has recently been remodeled so it is clean and nice. This hotel is best for longer stays. I stayed two nights but if you stay 7 days or longer it’s easier to get prices on meals and an umbrella at the seaside. The price was good for June but did not include breakfast in the price. You can add breakfast for €5 per person. Most rooms are a big double bed + bunk bed. This was perfect for traveling with kids. There is no mini fridge in the rooms.

The only thing that I did not like is that after the first night they put new fire alarms in the rooms and it flashes a very annoying green light that at night is like a green strobe light. You can’t sleep unless you wear a sleeping mask. Even though this was very annoying, I plan on coming back again another time.

where to even begin! our first plan was to go to the four seasona but boy! tank god we didn’t. the room and the view were spectacular, moneys wort! you get a sense of that real riminise lifestyle: beach, eat, repeat! a true glimpse into rimini. ferris wheel was amazing and the beach staff was helpful, we went boat! we’ll carry laika in our hearts for long time!

Modest, but clean and located right next to the beach with a bar. rooms cleaned every day without interference with personal belongings. Tasty breakfasts, top-class service, smiling and helpful. Contact us 24 hours a day in case of problems. Perfect for families, groups of friends or singles. Thank you for these 6 days.

This is not a minus, but there was no small fridge in the room. ;) 

Great personal, room was with the sea view, good breakfast, good location to get down town by walk it was not so far, privet parking, cool place. Also we have been travel with our and everybody was very friendly.

I didn't find it.

The hotel was close to the beach ( 5 min walk), cleaning room on a daily basis, the food was diversified, parking inside of a private place. The staff members are very kind and helpful. We recommend this hotel.
