Amina at front desk was extraordinary! From the minute we arrived she was gracious and helpful. She checked us in efficiently and when our room had trouble with the AC she sent someone right away and when it couldn’t be fixed changed rooms immediately. She also called to get us last minute dinner reservations at a sold out spot(TIKA TAKA). Yes the rooms are not large but the newer refurbished lay out is expertly laid out…with nightstands on both sides of bed. Tall wardrobe plus safe plus drawers, rod for hanging items and storage of 2 carry-ons plus 1 lg luggage. Lighted full length mirror plus desk/chair and bar fridge. Our bathroom was not yet updated which was outdated and cramped but we made due with. Had excellent water pressure in the shower! Small balcony with 2 chairs, clothesline and pegs! A/C could have been colder but for Europe in the summer was survivable! Excellent breakfast 7-11am with great staff, all breakfast options available and plentiful, clean and stocked. Automatic coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine 👏👏👏❤️‼️

Pool was just like pictured literally a stones throw away across the street…no towels provided so you had to bring them from the room 😳. It is completely fenced like a walled-in enclosure which was closed in. Being so close to the beach there is no view from the pool area. Bathroom on pool deck👍👍. This hotel location is between 2 waterways only accessible by boat or street bridges. You CANNOT walk/swim across. So if you want to walk a distance along the beach this only gives you 500-700 metres of beachfront.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The rooftop terrace offered an amazing view and was a real highlight.

The room was very small, especially the shower, but it was fine for someone who doesn't spend much time inside. The pool was open, but according to the reception staff, it had just been treated with lots of chlorine and was not suitable for swimming.

We have stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. It is nice hotel in a quiet area. Hotel is older but rooms are renewed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. Since we came with a car it was very important for us to have private parking which was available for a fee.

Everything was perfect, I'm only sorry that we didn't stay longer.

Very rude cleaner. On my last day I asked if I could have some shampoo and a towel and she rudely answered that she had had a long day and that I should be patient. I gad only asked a simple question and basic request, since it was her who didn't put the items in our room. Also, the room was not clean. Lots of dust on the desk and shelves. The bathroom was not cleaned, only the toilet paper changed. The floor always felt very dusty and our feet would get dirty right away. The cleaners service and attitude definitely does not match the hotel's receptionist and the rest of the staff

Tha hotel was really close to the sea, in front of it there is a good grocery. The hotel can be reached easily by bus/on foot from the train station. The girl at the reception was so so kind and helpful. The breakfast is relly good, wide range of variety, salty and sweety too. Good value for the money. We got so much towels, toiletry, and our bed was made on every day. When we had problem or needed some information, the staff tried to help all the time.

Only one (girl) of the staff can speak well in english. Our room was on the top, and our air conditioner went wrong, and we stayed 1 night in a little bit hot rrom but on the next day we got an other room. The first room (the last one on the line) has a few little bad disadvantages: there is not so much place to sit on the toilet (I have normal body), the hanger for the towels is over one of the bed, there is not normal mirror in the room just internal the wardrobe's door. This room is good for travellers/tourist, who do not want to be in it so much time.

Amina from reception is just incredible kind and helpful. She also speaks very good english. We managed to find parking in front of the hotel which was very helpful (12eur/day) , the hotel offered us a voucher for the beach (beachbeds and umbrella) at a lower price and was very convenient. Breakfast was very good.

Rooms and bathrooms are small but we weren’t so interested in this

the staff were so welcoming and polite and extremely helpful. The stay outweighed the price and was one of the best value for money stays iv had I would stay there again and again and again.

The staff was friendly and hospitable. The location of the hotel was very good- restaurants and the beach was very near.

The breakfast could be a little more diverse in their selection but otherwise everything was finely prepared and cooked
