The family rooms are newly renovated, especially the bathroom with walking-in big shower has to be mentioned. Not spacious, but enough space for 2 adults with 2 kids. Actually, you only sleep there and use the bathroom. The WiFi was a bit weak as our room was at the edge of the building. The location was close to many good restaurants, the main beach you needed to take the ferry to cross the harbor, but as we stayed a long time at the beach with the kids, it was no big problem. The beach at Rimini is huge, the sand is free of stones (only some shells from the ocean) and you can walk a long way into the water due to its shallowness.

The only small thing we need to mention was the breakfast, not so many choices. But for us sufficient enough.

Nice hotel, easy to get to, located close to the beach. It has a paid private parking, but there is also free parking across the street. Great and helpful staff, they assisted us with tips and tricks and recommendations of what to do and where to go out. Quick and easy check-in process. There is a play room for small children next to the reception and also a playground in the courtyard. Our room was clean and spacious enough to fit our family of four. The buffet breakfast was great and diversified. Rimini old city center is a nice walk, about 30 minutes away.

Staff are really great; very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are excellent and plentiful.

Noise: The soundproofing, if it exists, does not work we were disturbed by lots of noise from furniture being dragged around and loud neighbours on adjoining balconies - even with our doors and windows closed. Air Con: We needed Air Con during the night and assumed it was broken - we didn’t think it was worth reporting at 1am. We didn’t realise it had been turned off because it was September. We reported the next day and it was switched on for us but by then we had already lost a nights sleep which spoiled our plans for day. Info in the room would have helped!! Everything dies down in this place in September- such a shame!!

Great location close to downtown and sea. Staff is very kind and helpful, parking is inside the hotel yard for 10€. The bed is very comfortable. Best feature of this hotel is the breakfast which was non plus ultra. You don't see such a great choice even in 5 star hotels: fruits, veggies, several kinds of bread, cheese, nutella, jams, honey, pistachio creme and so on. We travelled in the winter so the price was reduced for offseason. Absolutely great value for money, definitely recommended.

Clean, beautiful room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were great as well, since the room was cleaned every single day. It was a pretty good location as well, since the bus stop was very close, as well as a bunch of restaurants and cafés, as well as a small shop. We also got upgraded to a better room with sea view, which was very sweet and made a great first impression. The hotel also has a gorgeous terrace which is great to chill in. Other than that, the bed was comfy, everything was working as it's supposed to and we had a pleasant stay overall.

- the breakfast was pretty much the same every day, which is to be expected, but the pies (which made up 1/4 of the whole breakfast bar) were quite bad and didn't taste well at all. - the bus stop near the hotel has just one bus which stops there, so you have to plan your time carefully as this bus goes once or twice every hour, and only until 20:00 in the evening:( - the balcony was a bit outdated and had run-down plastic chairs in it. - the wifi in our room (4 th floor) didn't work most of the time - it kept disconnecting or not loading anything at all.

As a female solo traveler, I recommend this hotel. The location is like an island in the middle of Rimini, with waterways on either side. Room 706 was my blessing. In the middle of the top floor, a decent sized immaculately clean room with a large balcony overlooking the entire Italian Riviera. Below is a bustling marina with lots of activity and a secluded beach, both private and public. A wonderful café and restaurant is tucked inside the marina. The bustle of city life is easily accessible by standing ferry ride at the port. In the opposite direction are clean beaches and resort life at its finest. The hotel sits on a large corner property with a large green park area and a relaxing pool. The lobby, both inside and out boasts a generous variety of seating to be social, yet private at the same time. A very family friendly environment with both pets and children welcomed. The breakfast is worth it. Not only is the price half of the cost of most places, the variety changes daily. Bountiful is the single word that comes to mind. Take the final flight of stairs and get to the 7th floor. The hotel has options for single, double and family, all with walkout balcony. I woke up, walked out, saw the entire riviera below me and felt like I was on top of the world.

The hotel is directly across the street from the beach. It has a beautiful pool that is family friendly. A playground next to the pool for families. The staff is absolutely lovely, kind, and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and everything was fantastic.

We don't have any complaints about the location or the facility. It is a bit away from the center and the more bustling shopping areas of Rimini. You need to walk around to the town via a roundabout or catch a ferry that will take you across the canal. Once you figure that out, you can get places easier.

We had two rooms – one for two persons and one for three. The rooms were spacious, bright, cozy, with a large balcony and a beautiful view. They also had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff's work deserves special mention. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were greeted warmly and assisted with any questions we had. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel's grounds were well-maintained, cozy, and beautiful. There were plenty of green areas, comfortable relaxation zones, and a pool. Additionally, we had the option to order breakfast for an extra charge, and it was worth it. The variety of dishes was great, and everything was fresh and delicious.
