The staff at the reception was very helpful. The hotel has a modern look. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The location is very close to the beach and to some restaurants. There are bicycles available for free. It is much better to explore the historic center by bicycle.

- Parking is very limited on the hotel premises. Make sure to reserve in advance. Around the hotel it is very expensive to park in the blue zone. If you are lucky you can find a parking lot in the white zone, which is for free. - Location is good, but in the surrounding are some beach bars which play extremely loud music. But at midnight it did stop. Afterwards some people were very loud on the street. For sure there is nothing that the hotel can do about this, but it is good to know that it isn't a quiet location.

Basically, everything was fine, the inconveniences are minor, so we would definitely stay again. There are only a few negatives. Such as the lack of extra blankets in room , the quality of cleaning of the room… Cleaning was poor during stay, a lot of dust, not cleaned floor or cleaned bad during stay, Rubbish was left uncollected for several days; we had problems with water leaking in bathroom, so the all floor was full of bad smell water after showering; we expected bigger pool and more sunbeds near pool, sunbeds on the beach are chargeable, although the hotel gives discount vouchers

Nothing. It is even better than the reviews I had read before booking this hotel. As a suggestion: please provide a kettle (optional) in the family/triple rooms when they come with small kids as they might need milk in the middle of the night as we did and you helped me in the bar and at breakfast. All in all: Everything in this hotel is more than perfect! Thank you.

The hotel is really great. It is close to the sea. The breakfast is sumptuous, with a large selection. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful and kind. If we have the opportunity to return to Rimini, we will definitely choose this hotel. 😊

The view overlooked a construction site. The hotel also has a sea view balcony but I think the view is blocked by another hotel. I was not in a room with a sea view, I think this from the location of the hotel.

The location is super close to the beach and touristic areas. The rooms were good and breakfast quite diverse. The swimming pool was a good bonus for us, we really enjoyed our stay here!

While parking may be possible, it needs to be reserved, space is very limited and like a puzzle. This could lead in the need to leave your carkey for the staff (to let other cars out), or need to wait for them to do so when you want to go out.

From the time Annie on reception spoke to us to the time we left everything was spot on. Annie could not have more professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the marina and close to several good restaurants but a little bit away from the town centre.

Great location I would stay here again - swimming pool area is lovely and breakfast delicious . The staff are helpful and friendly and booked a taxi on a number of occasions to go to the station Bedroom clean and spacious - stair carpet could do with replacing but that’s just cosmetic

We like a hard mattress, but our mattress was even too hard for us. It didn't ruin our stay here but something to be aware of.

Great location, quite large and bright room with a beautiful sea view, pool area is clean and tidy, friendly staff ready to satisfy any wishes of guests, very nice restaurant for breakfasts with a rich offer of sweet pastries and more.

For the breakfasts the hot dishes were almost cold actually. Overall everything was fine.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the beach. The rooms and pool area are very clean, all staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, so many delicious food to choose from!
