The location is unbeatable—right by the sea, so you get that fresh breeze and easy access to the beach. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it doesn’t pretend to be. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-run. The staff are super friendly. Shoutout to Ramona at breakfast—she makes a killer cappuccino and always greets you with a smile. Speaking of breakfast, it’s very good. Nothing over the top, but it’s got everything you’d want, especially fresh fruit. Rooms are a decent size, beds are comfy (though a bit firm), and while the bathrooms could use a little updating, they’re spotless, which is what really counts. Parking under the hotel is a big plus—your car stays cool, unlike the fancy place next door where it bakes in the sun. It’s €25 a night, which is a bit pricey, but worth it if you’re driving. And the rental bikes? Honestly the best I’ve ever used at a hotel. Solid quality, great for exploring the area. There’s a €50 deposit per bike, but totally fair given how good they are.

Location excellent, on the beach, and, on the other side, on the main road as well, with many restaurants, shops etc, well connected to the train station for further adventures. Large room, modern, nice furniture, artwork on the wall, plenty of storage space, beautful beach view even from the one with so called side view, large terrace. The reception, bar and cleaning staff super friendly and service orientated, just really felt like we are truly welcomed. We had our wedding anniversary with my husband, been allocated in a large beautiful room on the 4th floor, nice touch, thank you. We could use the facilities even after check-out until our flight departure, excellent service, all provided with a smile.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 nights in the privileged double room with a sea view. We took the train which is an easy 15 min walk. We arrived a little early and was able to check into the room early. Thank you! The front desk staff who work during the day are exceptional. The room had enough space for us for two days. The bathroom was quite large. There is a small refrigerator we used to store our water bottles. Our room was on the 3rd (out of 4) floor. We specifically booked a "Sea View" room (not side view). Our third floor was barely above the tree line. We could see the beach and sea but in another year or so those trees are going to block the view. Any lower floors get no view except the cars and people passing by. Other than that the room was great. The location of the property is excellent. We could reserve a spot on beach #19 that gave us an umbrella and 2 chairs for 25 euros for all day. We totally got our money's worth on the beach that day. There are numerous restaurants up and down the main street. In front of the property is the boardwalk promenade. You can walk from the ferris wheel (about 10 min away) all the way along the beach. We stopped at beach #44 but you can keep going. The property offers aperitivo every night at the bar in the lobby. Our experience was very positive. We recommend this property.

Suggest to price fairly on those sea view rooms due to the trees.

Great location on beach front. We had a sea view from a large sunny balcony. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which was included, was excellent. Lots of wholesome food to choose from along with a large variety of drinks. Catering staff were always welcoming and smiling. Air conditioning throughout made this a great place to relax away from the sometimes blistering heat. There is a small outdoor pool available 24 hrs which was great to cool off in.

There wasn't anything we could fault about the hotel itself but being alongside a busy road made sitting by the pool a bit noisy.

Bed sheets are the first thing that came to my mind. I'm serious - soft, comfy, absolutely made my sleeps incredible. :) Lovely balcony, welcome drink as a nice gesture. Good selection for breakfast, a huge surprise for me was prosecco on breakfast. As visiting Rimini was a part of my birthday trip, it felt nice to start your day in a more luxurious way.

Very tiny shower, despite the bathroom is big and a lack of hair conditioner (balm).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel (Mercure Lungomare) was undergoing renovations so they moved us to the Artis hotel. They communicated beforehand and made sure we were happy with the move or whether we would like to cancel our booking. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. The facilities were clean and in good condition.

The air-conditioning is controlled centrally, so that makes it impossible to adjust the temperatures in your room. I think you can adjust it by 3 degrees but not more, and we got very hot in the room. The staff turned our bathroom heating off and that helped to keep the room cooler.

Our stay in Rimini has been wonderful. Mercure Rimini Lungomare is a great hotel choice with a spectacular staff. While some hotel facilities (the card readers in room doors, the showers in some rooms and elevator) are a bit outdated and need renovation, and the pool is really quite small, overall the hotel itself is quite nice and well maintained. However there was one thing that stood out above the rest and made our stay extraordinary and that was the staff. The staff of Mercure Lungomare go above and beyond to make sure that your stay as good as it can be. From changing our rooms upon arrival (due to a strong reaction to a certain room smell) to servicing the bar after it closed, to suggesting the best spots to visit in the area and in general around Italy, the staff have been nothing but amazing and are what truly elevated our stay. Overall, Rimini is a great city and the hotel is located right next to the beach and some truly incredible restaurants. The promenade near the beach is very new, broad and has a huge amount of sport facilities. Rimini is very tourist friendly, most people speak good English and are very hospitable. In the words of Marinella (reception staff of Mercure Lungomare), it is the people that make Rimini so special. That is 100% true both for Rimini as well as the hotel, the people are really what made our holiday fantastic. Thank you to Marinella, Valentina, Maria-Elena, Manuel and Dina as well as the rest of the staff for making our stay wonderful!

The hotel is very clean and located in a very good place , around are a lot of restaurants and shops. The personal is very nice and helpful.The breakfast was diverse and very tasty.👍👍🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Great location, just a building away from the bus stop. A step away from the beach. Many restaurants around the hotel.. Spacious rooms.. Great breakfast, including Prosecco ... Staff were very friendly and welcoming to offer information when requested.

Great location close to the beach. Nice side sea view. Underground parking is a huge bonus. They offered me a welcome drink. The room is very spacious, as is the bathroom and balcony.

The room could need a little bit of reno here and there.
