Friendliness of the staff. Highly praise Roberta and her willingness to hep us to have a lovely family stay. Cleanliness, the lady who works on level 2 is immensely dedicated and I do appreciate her hard work. I support sustainability and we never use room service daily. Hope this attitude helps to save the planet and the resources. Breakfast was good, but please think if it is a good idea to add cornflakes and milk for children. Location, close to the beach and restaurants.

Room 210 is very noisy at night. We had to change the room. There is a terrible production sound of the vents from the restaurant downstairs.

Ideal location, minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Just outside the hotel there is a lovely pizzeria that we got a take away from and enjoyed on the balcony taking in the views! Hotel staff were very helpful and happy to recommend places to go. Breakfast was very tasty and filled you for a day of adventures. I would recommend this hotel!

Only minor things like the carpet in the bedroom looks quite worn, however after spilling some of my sun tan lotion and leaving a little stain, it's easy to see why.

Air con wasn't the best but changed rooms and it improved a bit.

The distance to the beach was good. It takes about 5 minutes by walk to the beach. The bed was comfy. The room was spacious. The coffee from staffs during the breakfast was nice.

The shower didn't have shower booth, so the water splashed everywhere while talking shower. Breakfast had fewer options than expected.

The room was very nice, and lived up to my standards. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Rimini.

Good position in relation of the points of interest (close to seaside and the Main Street). Good and helpful stuff. Clean. The bad was SUPER big and comfortable.

Unfortunatly our room neighbors was very loud, and agressive and there was no way to quite them down. So the evening we didnt get much sleep..

Receptionists were really friendly and nice, room was always perfectly clean. One thing is annoyed us are different types of plugs, not all of our electronic devices were fitting there.

The russian, italian and english speaking receptionist was very nice - unfortunately I didn't ask her name. The rooms are spacious and great value for the money. The location is great, too.

Overall very pleasant stay, however the doors/walls aren't the thickest - I could hear my neighbours sometimes.

The location is really good. Really happening place.
