The hotel was nice and very clean, close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff were great and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and good quality food.. In the evening they serve aperitivo for free, you just have to buy the drinks and they offer tasty snacks which are very common in Italy.. The room was very, very clean, comfy beds, nice and modern furniture. We traveled in March and it was a nice and quiet atmosphere, very cozy. The Spa is small but very relaxing, you can book 1h daily and they have a jacuzzi and a dry and wet sauna. We booked 1h in the evening and it was very relaxing after a long day of walking in Rimini. I recommend the hotel for it's value for money. It's also close to the train station and the bus station, very easy to reach and in a nice area to visit in March. Probably during the summer it is crowded but in March it was just perfect for us.

The property is ideally located in Marina near the beach and close to many e cells by restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The personnel were very professional and provided excellent service. The spa is a very nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the beach to relax on the rooftop.

The initial room assigned was very loud due to the music from nearby bars and discos. The management was able to reassign a quieter room - as I was traveling with an elder parent

I was truly impressed by the hotel! I received a warm welcome at check-in. The room was very clean, and I requested a room with a bathtub — there was no problem at all, the staff made it happen. When I needed hot water for my child, they were extremely helpful and kind. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job — everything was spotless! At breakfast, there was everything you could wish for. Everything! The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean (thanks to Elena), the breakfast is great, varied, and served until noon! Every evening at 7 p.m. there is a "Happy Hour" with light snacks and drinks and a pleasant aperitif with excellent service from Marco. Great location. We will be back again.

The staff is amazing, from cleaning to reception, they really try to make your holiday perfect. The hotel is very clean, close to the beach and nice garage parking close. They can arrange special prices for renting the sun-beds. The breakfast is quite good and they offer a small buffet before dinner where you can enjoy the small garden. They have a reasonable Spa that we enjoyed for few days. But what we liked best is that somehow it never felt crowded.

The hotel is a bit outdated, doesn’t have many facilities, but really is a special hotel with top staff.

Absolutely useful and nice locality in the 1.linie on the beach, close to centre, restaurants, coffees. 15min walk to station. We travel a lot out of the city. Prices normal, nothing extra. Breakfast in the hotel I think the best: variacy, from 7.00 to 12.00, Patrizia from colazione every day offers fresh juice and coffees from machine with big smile. Really nice atmosphere. You can prepare waffle by yourself, make a vitamin fresh juice...

Everything, located just in front if the beach, the room was everyday perfectly cleaned, beds and pillows so comfortable, tasty breakfast, gentle ladies in the spa and amazing massages (treated myself everyday day with different type) , the staff were all super friendly... we are traveling with our doggie, so they even provided us bowls and pipi sheets for him, which was a nice surprise , we never met this in other places from our italian tour, so we really apreciate their pet friendliness which was the main criteria from the start 🙏 we had a perfect stay, defenitely would come back and recommend

Cozy and clean little hotel in perfect location. Only few steps and you're in the beach or promenade, lots of restaurants around. There's availability to use hotel's bicycles for free and Rimini is ideal place to take a bicycle ride! Our room was big, beds were comfortable. Good breakfast! If there is availability - choose room with lateral sea view or sea view. Opposite side might be very noisy due to the street. Huge thank you for the staff - they went extra mile for us everyday! That was a perfect stay and we will definitely come back in the future!

Jacuzzi needs renovation, water could be warmer. It's on the 5th floor and has stunning views to the beach, could be perfect place if it was renovated :)

The hotel was lovely and our room was absolutely beautiful. We booked the suite with a jacuzzi, and it did not disappoint! My husband and I have already decided we'll be coming back for our anniversary

Everything! All staff extremely friendly and helpful, rooms immaculately clean, great breakfast till 12! .. and a friendly aperitivo every evening with excellent service from Marco. Great location on the beach with great restaurants nearby. Second stay at this hotel and would highly recommend!
