Wonderful, amazing, perfect and exceptional our holidays in this hotel. We were welcomed very friendly and got all information that we needed: about the best restaurants located nearby and other things. All stuff is very careful and attentive. Rooms are very cosy and clean and they were cleaned up every day. We had a balcony with a sea view because the hotel is just by sandy and nice beach. There You can get discount for sunbeds and umbrellas. Also free parking for Your car. Very good location for everything: shops, restaurants, train station, city center. But the most impressive thing in this hotel is breakfast. For all tastes, for children and for adults. Various things: eggs, fried and boiled, vegetables, meat, sandwiches, various fruites and sweet cackes and a lot of other tasty things.

We were initially unsure of what to expect, but our experience at this hotel left us utterly amazed. Right from the warm and hospitable greeting by Kyara and the owner's son, our stay exceeded all expectations. Upon our arrival, our vehicle was promptly taken care of, allowing us to smoothly transition into our stay. Our room, boasting a captivating sea view, surpassed our hopes. With air conditioning and a luxurious shower, our comfort was ensured. The following morning, we were treated to a breakfast that can only be described as extraordinary. Every imaginable delight graced the spread, complemented by a staff that exuded friendliness and eagerness to assist. Even a small oversight on our part—forgetting our beach towels—didn't faze the accommodating staff. Within moments, a solution was at hand. The beach, a mere stone's throw away, was an inviting retreat. Originally booked for a two-night stay, our incredible encounters prompted us to extend it by another night. To our astonishment, Filippo, the owner, presented us with an upgrade to one of their new beachfront apartments. This new abode was nothing short of spectacular, complete with a garden and a balcony on the first floor—a perfect vantage point to relish the breathtaking sunsets. Designed with families in mind, the apartment's two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two singles), a comfortable living room adorned with a kitchenette, and a generously sized bathroom set the stage for an unforgettable family getaway. Without a doubt, this hotel has proven itself to be deserving of a perfect 10/10 rating. From the location to the family that owns the place to the staff working the impeccable breakfast, and the housekeeping ladies this was truly a wonderful stay. It was very modern, boutique and very clean. The location to the beach was excellent and the breakfast was superb!

My car was parked near the bike storage and sadly people had no respect at scratching the side of my car as they passed with the bikes!!! This was upsetting when I collected my car to leave.

The rooms could be a little bigger, but since we're only using the rooms for sleeping and stayed at the beach the whole day it was OK.

The location close to the beach, center and train station was very nice. Breakfast was varied and of excellent quality. We even had lunch which was very tasty. The staff was very attentive and kind.

We spent a fantastic extended weekend at a charming hotel, where everything was just perfect! The rooms were recently renovated and cleaned daily. Located just a few steps from the beach, parking was available. But the highlight of our stay was the fantastic breakfast buffet, with a variety of homemade treats that were simply divine. And let's not forget the incredibly friendly hosts, always cheerful and with excellent ideas for day trips.

Everything! The accomodation, the people that work there, the manager and the waitresses are extraordinary people. And let me tell you about the food….pfff , absolutele amazing! There are a lot of reasons to stay there! P.s. If you get an invitation to the restaurant that belongs to the family that owns the hotel, accept it! You will not regret! (locanda delle dune)

Exceptional breakfast, we asked for a vegan dessert, and they made an entire vegan breakfast in the following days. Betty, the head chef, even shared a recipe for a wonderful almond cake she made. The atmosphere and the staff are outstanding, can't wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this family run hotel. The owners and staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are well appointed. Buffet breakfast with an assortment of sweet and savory dishes - prepared fresh daily. I would highly recommend.

The most incredible breakfast you can expect from a hotel in the Adria-region (and a perfect pizza right on the corner in "La Brezza"). The hosts are so charming, Betty creates the most wonderful cakes for breakfast. It’s like you’re guest of a big family breakfast, prepared with much love and details. Hosts speak english (senior) and german (junior) and they are very helpful and curteous. PS Parking lot is accessible only through Via Istria (and as everywhere in Bellaria it is quite small! - but there is an alternative lot 1 km in another hotel, staff is very helpful).
