We arrived later than our indicated time of Midnight, didn't arrive until 1:00am due to extensive road works on the highways from the South of Italy. We called the reception and they were very helpful and considerate of our issue. So great customer service even before we arrived, This level of customer service continued throughout our brief stay. Breakfast was extensive in choice and the cost was reasonable. The room was modern and bright & very clean, bed was comfortable and large. Location was close to the beach and promanade. Overall a excellent choice for our brief stop over hotel. Would definitely consider again if visiting Rimini again.

The location of the hotel is near the Kennedy Plaza, at Marina Centro, Rimini. The hotel is chic, clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant is professional and very pleasant & helpful. The rooms are equipped with TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, AC, and toiletries. The breakfast has many options either as open buffet, or a la carte menu. The reception staff members are a valuable source for information regarding nice restaurants, shopping places, open markets, etc. Thank you all for doing your outmost !

I would appreciate a smart TV in every room, if possible.

The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was spacious. We had a sea front room which had a nice little balcony with a view over beach to the water. The location was great as it was close to lots of shops and restaurants and also just an easy, short walk to the station. The breakfast was amazing - definitely the best we’ve had in Italy. A day trip to San Marino was also easy to do. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The air con didn’t work on first night and wasn’t great the next night.

The hotel is located very close to the sea and the main street with restaurants, bars, souvenir shops. Many options for restaurants close to the hotel to serve dinner. The hotel has its own restaurant for serving breakfast with good quality products. The personnel at the reception and restaurant was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the room, every day we had a perfect clean of the room with all the stuffs in the room perfectly aligned. The hotel also offers vouchers for the beach and gym is also available by booking.

Nothing to dislike to the hotel, everything was ok. I would only recommend to get the possibility to stay at the beach closer to the sea because when we went with the hotel voucher to the beach administrator, he gave us seats and umbrella very far from the sea, in the 20th row from the sea because these seats were allocated for the hotel guests.

First of all the staff, genuinely kind and helpful, the spotless clean facilities and room, the nice design. Breakfast is wonderfull, rich and for all tastes and preferences. Everyday I had a light lunch in the nice dining room, fresh and delicious, prepared by the nice ladies from the kitchen. The "piades" in Rimini are wonderful and one of the best places to have a delicious "piade" is right across the hotel.

Nothing bothered me. The location is very good in the sense that it is close to everything, right in the station of the trolleybus nr 11 which takes you to Riccione (on one end) and to the railway station (on the other end), but quite noisy for the same reason (on the main street). However the rooms are almost perfectly soundproof, with closed windows you don't hear anything from the street. The single room is quite small, but you have everything you need, including slippers, hand cream, body cream, conditioner, relaxing foot lotion, I cannot find anything that I missed.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. The beach is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants nearby to the hotel. .

It can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends, due to the many bars and restaurants nearby. Even with the window closed, some noise can still be heard. Fortunately, the air conditioning works well, so sleeping with the window closed is not a problem.

I loved my room (sea view with balcony)! The location is perfect. I went the 2nd week of June so the area and beach were not too busy. The hotel is lovely and the staff is very nice too. Breakfast was very nice, great selection of food and fresh fruit. The coffee was super tasty and the breakfast team is great too.

I recommend having breakfast early, the room is not massive so if there are multiple families with kids it can get very noisy and crowded.

It is a very nice hotel, perfect location, close to everything. The breakfast was also very delicious and their coffee is amazing. The room was really nice, perfect for a couple.

The balcony was a little bit strange, it was like on a rooftoop, but it serves the purpose. Staff was a little bit unfriendly sometimes.

Stayed at this location for 2 nights as a couple and it was perfect spot for Rimini. Close to yummy restaurants, and easy access to transport (bus stop is in front of the hotel). Reception staff were very helpful and always helped us when needed! thank you!

When having breakfast, staff didn’t like for you order your own coffee at the breakfast bar you had to wait for someone to come to your table. Really hard to get attention and missed coffee for my breakfast.

Across the street from the beach; well appointed and clean. Close to shops and train station. Breakfast is plentiful. The hotel has high quality creams, shampoos, etc. which are also available for purchase.

Don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. We also had a misunderstanding in terms of breakfast being included, but we paid at the property, and we thought it was reasonably priced.
