We arrived later than our indicated time of Midnight, didn't arrive until 1:00am due to extensive road works on the highways from the South of Italy. We called the reception and they were very helpful and considerate of our issue. So great customer service even before we arrived, This level of customer service continued throughout our brief stay. Breakfast was extensive in choice and the cost was reasonable. The room was modern and bright & very clean, bed was comfortable and large. Location was close to the beach and promanade. Overall a excellent choice for our brief stop over hotel. Would definitely consider again if visiting Rimini again.

The location of the hotel is near the Kennedy Plaza, at Marina Centro, Rimini. The hotel is chic, clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant is professional and very pleasant & helpful. The rooms are equipped with TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, AC, and toiletries. The breakfast has many options either as open buffet, or a la carte menu. The reception staff members are a valuable source for information regarding nice restaurants, shopping places, open markets, etc. Thank you all for doing your outmost !

I would appreciate a smart TV in every room, if possible.

The hotel is located very close to the sea and the main street with restaurants, bars, souvenir shops. Many options for restaurants close to the hotel to serve dinner. The hotel has its own restaurant for serving breakfast with good quality products. The personnel at the reception and restaurant was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the room, every day we had a perfect clean of the room with all the stuffs in the room perfectly aligned. The hotel also offers vouchers for the beach and gym is also available by booking.

Nothing to dislike to the hotel, everything was ok. I would only recommend to get the possibility to stay at the beach closer to the sea because when we went with the hotel voucher to the beach administrator, he gave us seats and umbrella very far from the sea, in the 20th row from the sea because these seats were allocated for the hotel guests.

First of all the staff, genuinely kind and helpful, the spotless clean facilities and room, the nice design. Breakfast is wonderfull, rich and for all tastes and preferences. Everyday I had a light lunch in the nice dining room, fresh and delicious, prepared by the nice ladies from the kitchen. The "piades" in Rimini are wonderful and one of the best places to have a delicious "piade" is right across the hotel.

Nothing bothered me. The location is very good in the sense that it is close to everything, right in the station of the trolleybus nr 11 which takes you to Riccione (on one end) and to the railway station (on the other end), but quite noisy for the same reason (on the main street). However the rooms are almost perfectly soundproof, with closed windows you don't hear anything from the street. The single room is quite small, but you have everything you need, including slippers, hand cream, body cream, conditioner, relaxing foot lotion, I cannot find anything that I missed.

Stayed at this location for 2 nights as a couple and it was perfect spot for Rimini. Close to yummy restaurants, and easy access to transport (bus stop is in front of the hotel). Reception staff were very helpful and always helped us when needed! thank you!

When having breakfast, staff didn’t like for you order your own coffee at the breakfast bar you had to wait for someone to come to your table. Really hard to get attention and missed coffee for my breakfast.

Our favorite part was definitely the location of the hotel - very close to the beach and perfect for morning walks. It was also easy to reach from the railway station, even on foot, and we could find a couple of good places to eat nearby. The room was very clean and really pretty decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

We liked everything.

This hotel surprised me so much (in a good way)! From the moment we checked in and receptionist gave a small present to our dog - a little bag with treats and roll of poop bags. It was such a nice gesture that made us as dog owners feel very welcome! They also give fresh beach towels every day. All in all - the staff was very helpful about any of our questions. The breakfast was amazing - great selection of sandwiches, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, fresh fruits, fancy croissants with fresh berries and all kinds of pastries. The design of the common areas is great and it is visible that they are taking care of the rooms as well. Our room was very clean, every day they would come and turn around the beds and vacuum/wash floors (which was great because we were coming from the beach with quite some sand). As we checked out and were leaving the garage with our car, it was a very tight space there so receptionist even helped us to get the car out of the garage❤️ from the first moment and to the very last - amazing stay.

Nice view from the balcony, comfy bed, lots of pillows, clean rooms, nice terrace. Enough places to eat, small foodstores and shops around. Beach just across the street and oldtown is short walk away but hotel also offers bikes to move around. Breakfast was great. Everybody where friendly and helpful. Would come again.

Perfect location very close to all shops, restaurants, biking and walking paths, as well as the beach. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with great variety!

Some amenities in the barhroom require maintenance works (eg. leaking shower). The bidet was installed so close to the wall that it was impossible to use it 😊 On-site gym was never available le for us to use and required pre-booking at the reception at least a day in advance.

Lovely room, comfortable and well equipped. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options, made to order with quality ingredients. Nice location.

air con did fail in our room on the first night but they quickly swapped our room and had it fixed for the next morning so we could return to our initial room.
