This is a no-frills family run hotel which offers basic accommodations in the centre of Rimini. We booked at the last minute and it was cheap; our room was of good size, with a balcony. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Restaurants and beach are nearby. The breakfast is generous with a selection of sweet and savoury. The owner and staff are friendly and made us feel welcome. For us, it was a really good choice.

I can't complain. The furnitures are a bit dated but this is not a luxury hotel, overall the place is great and it was cheap.

Good location of the hotel, close to the beach. The food is very tasty and varied. The room is small but cozy. The soundproofing is very bad, you can hear absolutely all the neighbors. The barista in the hotel is NUMBER ONE! Friendly, attentive and with delicious drinks!

The administrator did not leave the best impression of herself.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Clean room, spacious dining room, varied and tasty breakfast, delicious coffee, relaxation area, close to the beach. But if you expect the comfort of a five-star hotel, this is not your hotel. A small bathroom with a shower almost next to the toilet, a small balcony. We loved it, we would come back here again. The assistance of the staff deserves the highest praise!

I really liked this place. The staff were so friendly and made a special effort at breakfast. I loved the personal touches with the decoration throughout the hotel and had a lovely little balcony, a clean room, a double bed and a short walk to the beach. What more could I want?

I could hear noise from other rooms quite clearly, and it was not peak season. This was the only thing I didn't like.
