Great location, friendly staff, nice clean room, delicious breakfast (buffet) with unlimited coffee and treats. Nice and comfortable shower. Free parking for many spaces directly opposite the house. The safe didn't work, but the staff offered to solve the problem. We were there for 1 night, so we decided not to bother with this issue.

A bit noisy, good audibility, but it depends on your luck with your neighbors. We had neighbors with children who were constantly going in and out of the room and slamming doors. There were mosquitoes in the room, even though we didn't open the balcony.

Clean spacious and bright. Our room had a small balcony only which was lovely. The owners are so friendly and welcoming they made our stay perfect. From Online contact to arriving Angela and Federico were very helpful. Directions were 10/10. Breakfast was beautifully laid out with lots of different options. Hotel has an Evening bar with relaxing seating area inside and outside. This little hotel is perfect in location to train station of Rimini, water taxi to marina Centro and the clean beach just a stones throw. It’s so beautiful a must visit.

Nothing all is exceptional.

The breakfast was really great, a wide selection of sweet and savoury food complemented by a sip of delicious coffee and fresh fruit. Vegetarians will also find plenty of options here. Federico and Angela are great hosts who will welcome you with a smile on their face and advise you on everything you need to know. You will always find someone at the reception to give you advice. The service at the hotel was second to none, they took care of the cleanliness every day. San Guliano beach, which is a 4-minute walk away, is a great place to relax. At the time of our stay it was more or less empty, clean and with a minimum of distractions.

We were really satisfied and for the price it was definitely the best choice around. The great breakfast, the amazing staff and the location in the heart of San Guliano Mare are factors, that will convince us to return again. No cons :)

Great breakfast, excellent location, near to the beach, bus stop, only a km to walk to the Marina center & old town, everywhere in the hotel hygienically cleaned, the owners were so helpful and guide us great and they were speaking English perfectly,.

There should be a refrigerator in the room instead of using the main one of the hotel.

The room was spacious and light. There was even an elevator. Air conditioning worked just fine. But people at the reception made me feel like I’m at home! They were very hospitable, kind and friendly! Location is great if you don’t want loud parties as in the city centre.

Breakfast may be simple for some, but for me it was just fine (eggs, cheese and ham, vegetables, dessert and fruits).

We liked absolutely everything. First of all, these are the hotel owners - Federico and Angela. Excellent attitude towards guests. Thanks to them, the vacation was simply amazing. Very nice room, an excellent breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located - a quiet side street next to the beach. The journey to the station and the center of Rimini takes 15 minutes by walk. We really want to visit this place again.

The breakfast was great and the staff super friendly. It is always opened and someone at the front desk in case if you need something. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The wifi was free and working well. It is close to the beach.

The staff was really kind, friendly and always available to reply to requests. The room was comfortable and the hotel close to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for.

Only flaw, the shower wasn’t particularly comfortable, only with the curtain, so the water tends to go out

Outstanding guest experience! We were greeted with smiles and friendliness. They were extremely flexible with everything - rooms, check-in, check-out times, changing dates. Rare to get such a relaxed and hospitable stay! The room was great with a large terrace and a sea view. We regretted not finding this place sooner. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

The bathrooms could use a renovation. They were clean and spacious though - no particular complaints, just not very ' fancy'
