Spotlessly clean. Exceptionally caring and attentive staff throughout the whole stay. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options. Small details showing lots of care and love put into the room. On-site restaurant for Christmas lunch was a fantastic and memorable experience.

The single-use disposable plastic bottles of shampoo and lotion are not eco-friendly and are less convenient to use; we suggest large refillable bottles or a dispenser which is refilled by housekeeping (and will cost less in the long term!). The pillows could be more supportive (but this is subjective).

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and having parking on site was appreciated. The breakfast was good, and though few staff spoke English, they were all helpful and managed to speak well enough for us to communicate. Hotel has an 'old time class' to it, which I liked.

The location is great, with super spacious room and comfortable bed. The restaurant Regina next to it is also very good! I quite enjoyed my dinner there. I believe they have two buildings, and I stayed in the old one. My room also had a cute balcony to the street.

The bathroom was pretty and with a bathtub. The only issue was that the shower head could not be placed straight. But other than that, it was perfect.

The rooms are modern, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and has a large variety of food and drinks. The check-in was easy and uncomplicated. In general the staff was really friendly and helpfully. I felt really comfortable and relaxed during the stay in the Hotel Regina. My colleagues with who I was travelling, told me the same.

Very well-situated in bustling central area of town. We were in the "Re di Sole" suites which are round the corner, not far from the main hotel. Decor and fittings were very traditional, but the refrigerator was a welcome bonus as it was not in the room description. WiFi was excellent via an in-room modem. Breakfast was OK.

Lovely sunny room and an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was very good, though fruit and muesli would have been made it even better.

My wife thought it a bit noisy, but it was better than I would expect in a city.

This is not the smartest, most modern high end place but for the price it is great value for money. Better value than many much more expensive places. Friendly staff, quiet room with air con.

The terrace was also used to collect the dirty laundry. A small table would be nice to put your glas and bottle on. The chairs on the terrace were in a displorable state.

The first night was a room in the Residence: very nice & great location

The next 2 nights were in the older part of the hotel: lots of noise from the street outside until late (can’t blame the hotel). But the shower head was terrible.

Central location easy walk to train station.

Annex building was not connected to the hotel. The plus was elevator and modern furnishings.
