The house/ room was beautiful and full of character. We only stayed one night and got the camera rose - it was big enough for a family of four. The bathroom was nice. The lady / host was also very friendly. I liked seeing the squirrel outside the window at breakfast.

We had to wait outside for checkin. There was no one at the property when we arrived. We waited for about 15-20min. When you don’t know the place, it is always a bit of an anxious thing to wait and see if the place you booked only is legit or not. We had to show our passport and they took copies of them. The place also welcomes dog and in the morning of our departure we nearly walked on a big poo in the backyard as we were taking our suitcase outside. There is no parking, you park on the road but we didn’t have a problem.

The host lady was fantastic. She took care of us like we were part of the family. She also took care of the cat we had with us. The room was big for two persons and very comfy, with space to spare, with a nice retro furniture that is also very practical. If you want to park inside you can also do it, and we could recharge our electric car from a EV charging station 1 minute from the place. The bathroom was very big and very clean. The common dining room used for breakfast had all the appliances needed for all sort of coffees and tea, juices and you could have coffee or tea during the day, outside breakfast hours. Breakfast was complete enough, with a choice between muffins, croissaints, buscuits and homemade cakes or sweets made by the host. There is also a big garden and a small swimming pool you can use during summer time (we travelled during winter).

It's not a dislike, but a suggestion. The common living area at the entrance was a bit too busy with furniture.

We loved this stay - so much artwork on the walls and things to look at, our host was welcoming and our top floor to ourselves was just perfect. We all slept well and enjoyed our short stay. The restaurant across the park nearby was also a good recommendation and a nice short stroll from the accommodation.

The place is amazing, impressive beautiful construction, nice garden with pool, a great restaurant is at 200 meters(IL mulino).

Breakfast was a bit poor, only industrial products in plastic, referring to bread and croissants , had to get up to get butter, refill water in coffee machine.

Made you feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Even cooked us an evening meal as nowhere was open due to the bank holiday. Nice little swimming pool in the garden. The room was clean and comfortable.

As it was the height of summer AC in the bedroom would have been a nice addition .

Very nice spacious room in an old perfectly maintained Italian villa. Lovely host. Breakfast varied and plentiful.

Unique, cosy, beautiful house and garden. Delightful pool. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Host so helpful and friendly. It was a remarkable stay.

Wow, what a great stay: Friendly and warm welcome, big rooms, clean, extraordinary breakfast, .... Perfect, and I have never been saying perfect before. I was on a short business trip (only 1 night) and wish I would have been able to extend it. I already recommended to my family, friends and business partners. It's worth it - try yourself. If you are not satisfied for some reason: I will pay your stay 😉 Hope to see you soon again within soon.

The only thing I have to claim: I HAD TO LEAVE AFTER 1 NIGHT! No kidding and again and again and again: great place!
