I want to express my gratitude to the friendly staff of Rivoli hotel and to share about delightful stay! The room was very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The choice and quality of the products at the breakfast buffet were very good and there was always enough replenishment for everyone. We also used the gym and we’re very positively surprised how clean and actually good equipped and well maintained it was as for a hotel gym especially for three stars (we’ve been in four star hotels where the “gyms” were absolutely pathetic in comparison with the one at Rivoli’s). The whole facility of the hotel is very spacious and more than plenty of green area all around. The parking is huge and in case you come with car you never have to worry about parking space. The hotel is situated in a very calm and quiet neighborhood and just next to it there’s a small aqua park which is great for families with children. We also had a very nice view of Torino’s outskirts and nearby mountains from the room window. You can also have a simple dinner at the hotel bar and the kitchen is open until 10 pm and the staff was always helpful and very friendly.

The only slightly annoying small detail was the air conditioning in the room which is quite strong and loud and you can’t switch it off permanently in another way than to put down the electric fuse but once you take care of it it’s not a problem at all.

We liked everything, the friendly welcome, very nice and helpful lady at the reception, very good parking and spacious included in the price, quiet area, a good restaurant to eat in the evening a few minutes walking from the hotel, excellent beds, very clean, good facilities in the room, bathroom, good wi-fi, big variety at breakfast and awesome swimming pool. We'll come back for sure. I totally recommend it for a short or longer stay. A few minutes away from the highway.

Nothing, all was great!

Quite satisfied with the variety of products offered during the breakfast. Hotel's location was convenient enough for our stop over for one night. Very friendly hotel staff. Our room was very clean and especially the bathroom.

The welcome drink needs a lot of improvement and especially the non-alcoholic ones (should be a little more sophisticated than just a simple cola beverages or similar ones). The chosen toilet brush was totally inappropriate for its proper use.

Nice place just on the outskirt of Turin, convenient to reach well about everything in the area. Large parking space, nice rooms, reasonably silent considered the position. Ok breakfast. I nice place for a stop over or a 2 days business trip. They also have a restaurant that is totally reasonable. Recommended for business travelers that are looking for a good night of sleep.

We loved the beautiful and well-maintained park-like garden surrounding the hotel. It was like a spacious oasis of calm. A lovely, lush place for the dog to run and for us to sit on well-designed benches, either in the shade or in the sun, and read and relax. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit like apricots, bananas and peaches to go with the good quality yogurts. Even the push-button coffee machine was good - and I normally never think so when I stay at hotels!

It should have been possible to exit the hotel when taking the dog out for a walk without having to walk the length of the breakfast area, lobby and reception as the dog became a bit agitated as there aren't enough soft furnishings to soften sounds in the areas mentioned, so every sound was very loud and startling to a dogs ears.

The hotel was huge, as was the room. It was all very smart, but a not very cosy, however, it fulfilled our criteria as an over night stop whilst traveling for home, close to the motorway. Absolutely loads of free parking. They have a pool but you have to pay extra to use it! They have a restaurant onsite, we didn’t particularly like the menu so walked about 10 minutes to an Irish Bar that served a huge variety of food. Breakfast had a large selection and was plentiful. Check in and check out was easy, all staff spoke perfect English.

Nice location en route from Italy to UK ,large corporate hotel ,friendly staff ,secure parking ,large breakfast area with a choice of hot or cold food ,room was clean and well furnished with a good wi- fi signal

In a residential area outside of Turin , if you want a walk outside of hotel there isn't much to see - but hotel is fine and there is a green space to sit out

Very friendly staff, nice, old-fashioned type hotel with a very aesthetic and spacious breakfast area, good food. Rooms are typical old-fashioned Italian hotel room, comfortable and clean. Nice vibe from the staff and the guests. They give you a coupon for 4 free drinks from the bar, which is nice, but they can't be coffee, which is funny.

I have no complaints.

I was very surprised and pleased with this hotel. The breakfast was a buffet and there was something for everyone. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and they even provided a welcome drink when I arrived. Internet was good. I enjoyed my stay and felt I got good value for the price.

This hotel is a bit hard to find and you have to really watch how to get out of the hotel parking lot and back on the autostrada.

Our stay was excellent. Staff were super friendly, food was very good & room was roomy & met our needs. My only complaint was the restaurant. It’s was separate to the hotel & although hotel staff booked us in for 7pm dinner, the restaurant didn’t open until 7.30 and staff made us wait outside in the cold & rain until they opened.
