2 minutes walking to Massaua Metro station. I spent a week of work & cycling (no problem to bring the bicycle to the room). Breakfast is great with good choice of everything, in particular cakes. Tea/coffee in the room. Workspace for office work is large enough. Rooms are quiet despite much traffic around. Staff is nice and knows how to sell the client-binding programme. The staff is very cooperative and responsive

The elevators get crowded, waiting time (around breakfast) from 6th floor sometimes in the range of several minutes. Elevator 1 doesn't know about Elevator 2 (claims from people finally picked up by Elevator 1 still stopped Elevator 2 with passengers long gone with Elevator 1), so obviously a control & comms shortcoming - urgently ask your provider to refine! Internet wanted to repeatedly re-connect but didn't, at times fast, then tantalizing slow, not the level for a business hote. A speed test went down to 3.7 mBIT/sec (upload 4times faster though) with ping more than 1/10 sec. Not usable for meaningful business work. No champions league on TV in a 4 star hotel.

Ataff was very friendly and helpful, although the kitchen staff can barely speak English , but breakfast was delicious, we also had lunch once in the hotel which was a little expensive but tasty. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Metro station is super close, less than 5 minutes walk

Only downside is that it's 20 minutes metro away from the center of the city and the metro stops working around 22:00

Everything was perfect. I felt like I am in my own apartment. There was nothing out of ordinary and everything was in place as it should be. I did not feel uncomfortable at all. Thanks a lot for every single service you provided.

There was only one thing that needs to be improved. Night was cold but A/C could gone up to the 24 Celcisius only. I would like to have a warmer place. I understand that it is a cost affecting decision but as I said it could be a warmer place.

I arrived early from an international flight and the friendly staff had a room ready for me. They were very nice about accommodating me 4 hours before the official check in time. The included breakfast had a range of items and convenient for starting the day. Also easy access to the center of Torino via the metro across the street.

I would first like to thank Hanna (sorry for the misspelling) at the reception. we arrived at 10.20 am and not only did she allow us to check in she found a room that had a huge double bed and 2 separate beds for my daughters as my eldest is now taller than I am and struggles to sleep on a sofa bed with her sister. The room was very spacious compared to most hotels we stayed at. The location is great as the metro stop is barely a 100 meters walk from the hotels and brings you to the center of town in about 10 minutes. The breakfast is nice and the staff very friendly. we will definitely go back when we return to Torino

The a/c was not working in the hotel during our first night and no one warned us. it was so hot we had to sleep with all windows open

The room was welcoming, clean and we got an additional air conditioning to help with the heat. The breakfast is full of variety and of good quality. As an additional plus, we would like to thank the hotel personnel for calling us and ensuring that we got the things we forgot in the room. We would go back there for sure.

Proximity to downtown and parking has different sizes of places for all types of cars. Not far from Juventus stadium. A few gluten-free food at breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was not cleaned when we came back around 14:00 from shopping with all the bags. We had to put them back in the trunk of the car because the room was not ready, and we did not want to leave the bags with all the newly purchased things in the room (with tickets etc). When we came back around 16:30 it was done. We could not use the "Do not clean the room" card because, from our understanding, it had to be put before 2AM. The light in the breakfast room was too dark (it was rainy outside and already dark outside although it was 9am - a little more light would have been appreciated).

The first room the offered us was opposite the lift so we asked to be moved. The staff were most helpful. The room was large and well laid out - standard hotel room but the bed was huge and very comfortable. location was ideal as we were out of the centre but the metro line ran form a station almost directly outside. The neighbourhood was suburban but there were loads of local shops and restaurants if you walked around the corner. A large supermarket 300m down the road. The room was quiet and cool with a great view of the mountains in the distance. The hotel did not appear to be busy but there were always lots of people at breakfast - not crowded. Breakfast was great with options of cooked or savoury/sweet. tea coffee and juice and fruit available. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No outdoor area to sit and have a drink in the evening, inside bar and restaurant did not really appeal, but other than that no complaints at all.

We needed a hotel easy to reach and rest for some days. This hotel was a good match for us as it was very quiet. The first night was cold but after asking, they provided us an electric heater which was really good. The breakfast is good and there is variety of options to choose and enjoy it.

I wish it could cost less

Perfect location if you are travelling. Not in the city centre but easy to find from the highway. Everything was ideally clean, the breakfast was continental with good coffee.

The parking of the hotel needs to be paid, it is big but I thought it was for free (my mistake).
