I liked almost everything, location was ideal for me was in the middle from Stadium to Turin center. I walked to Allianz stadium a few times it is just under an hour's walk but you can walk through a fairly nice park on the way. You can get either a tram or a metro to center that takes around 30 minutes, tram stop is literally around the corner. Plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. As for the hotel it is a bit dated and tired in places but has a lot of charm, very cheap for the price. My main thing was I slept fairly well, clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast is good for continental and does have a few hot options too. I can't fault the staff they made my stay more comfortable. You get a welcome pack that shows you what tram or metro to get as well as others things like recommended local restaurants too.

Just little things really, the shower holder kept falling off was held on by a magnet. Walls were fairly thin could hear in the corridor and next door. Shampoo wasn't replaced after use and the safe provided wasn't bigger enough to fit a laptop or decent size tablet in. With all the minor issues I would stay here again and would like to thank all the staff I had dealings with. Thank you or Grazie

Blew me away, much improved since last time I was there. Recepcionist is as helpful and friendly, leaving nothing to chance even at the end of her shift - but my room was newly renovated, bathroom was spotless and well built, the bed was supercomfy, A/C was functional although I turned it off, and breakfast was fresh and very complete. The hotel would be great with a "usual" rate, but considering the actual cost it was a truly outstanding experience. Bravi!

The staff are really professional and welcoming at the same time. The room where I stayed was spotlessly clean, quiet and well-organised. The location isn't central, but well-connected to the city centre. I'm very satisfied with this staying, I'll surely be back at this hotel as I really felt comfortable and well.

something should be added in the bathroom to at least hang the towels. partition walls that are too thin, If you are a light sleeper you risk not sleeping if you have very active neighbors during the night.

The staff were friendly, available and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good variety of choices. The room was big and comfy, and also super clean, made me feel at home.

The air conditioning wasn’t available, even though I asked for it and it was written in the description of the facilities of the room that i prenoted.

Parking was difficult. They didn’t have good dining recommendations. The hall was noisy when people were in it. Shared and strange entrance. Some sketchy guys tried to follow us in.

It was possible to park near the accommodation (we traveled by car). The accommodation was right next to public transport, which we used to move around the city. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and pleasant. Although it is more on the outskirts of the city, it is still close to the center.

rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent to help us even find out about tourist places and about transport to centre. Breakfast was very good, many options, which covered our taste.

the spot is little out of the city, but in life you do not get everything at the sametime and same spot.

Most important- Alessandro in the reception was extremely helpful, welcoming, pleasant, and knowledgeable! Room is very convenient. Location is good for going to Allianz Arena, but far from city centre.

Staff speaks English, understandable and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed for sleeping.

The hotel is a bit far from Torino bus station so recommend you leave 30 minutes to 1 hour before your bus
