The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay feel truly welcoming. The location was very good, with a bus station right in front of the property, which made getting to the central of city easily. Additionally, the property was meticulously clean, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

To further improve, I would suggest adding eggs to the breakfast options and providing suitable slippers for inside the rooms.

There was no refrigerator in the room.

We enjoyed our breakfasts every morning, and the staff were very friendly. We have to say that Monica was a wonderful host and gave us advice about our itinerary and provided extras if we needed anything, she is an asset to Hotel Castello.

The shower was very small, the floor of it was very Slippery. As a person with mobility difficulties I found it very hard to use. It also needed a deep clean to remove some mould.

a great location if you are going to the juventus stadium, no hassle at all, 15 mins by walk and always straight! even if you are with kids there is a playground in front of the hotel and there is another playground on the way to the stadium! and there are restaurants nearby too, there is one 2 mins away with great pizza too! and the breakfast is great too, a nice selection!

This hotel it is in a great location especially for those who are focused to visit the Juventus stadium it is near the hotel approx. by walk it takes up to 30mins or if you take the bus it’s less. Also, to visit the center it isn’t that far, by bus it’s always a good idea to use it. Staff is very friendly and helpful, any questions you’ll have they are always happy to help us.

Simply a great place to stay for the price point and location. The place was secure. Hotel staff were top notch for service and advice. The facilities met our needs and the place was clean. Breakfast was good, fresh coffee and we felt catered for.

To be honest not much if anything. Maybe it would be expected a better bar experience? But hey, thats not what we stayed for. We needed a room that was safe, well located for transport and connections to airport and city and that met a price point. The hotel itself is an oasis in an area with mixed typical local feel. So the area wont be touristy, but i never expected that. The hotel lived up to it's promises. If i wanted more i'd have paid more and sought a resort!

The hotel is ok, well connected to good sport facilities and convenient with the supermarket and public transportation. Easy to communicate and the stay was relaxed.

Situated in a quiet, well-connected location, bus stop was just a minute away. Breakfast was nice to have. Very good value for money.

Beds could be comfier. A few of the breakfast dispensers were not working.

Everything was just amazing, the staff was super nice, informative, smiley, very inviting and generous. The rooms were clean. The hotel is super close to a bus stop that can take you to the centre in 20mins

Double check the size of the bed before booking as it might be too small for a couple

The staff were great really friendly and welcoming .rooms were cleaned and new laundry everyday ...Location was good and although a bit out the town there was a bus service with easy access to town..bus tickets available at nearby newsagents..coffee was great in the morning.would use hotel.again if I came back.
