Breakfast was prefect, beds very good. Personnel was very and helpful. Parking under the hotel for 5€/day was also fair. Windows isolate the noise from outside, street very well. Next to the hotel is big supermarket where you can buy anything you need and restaurant (a little expensive, but very good).

Hotel is situated in noisy place (rush streets and crossings around), so if you open the window, you hear a lot of noise. When the window is closed, it is OK.

Hotel is well situated close to the Torino tangenziale highway. It has secure on site covered parking for a small additional fee or there other unsecured free parking options nearby. It is pet friendly with just a small additional fee. On the same block as the hotel is a large new supermarket and a very nice Lentini's pizzeria restaurant so dining is easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and modern and the duty reception staff helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable and good value.

The hotel is quite high rise and easy to spot but it is slightly difficult to enter the access road to reach the hotel as the main road in front is a busy dual carriageway that is not easy to cross if you approach from the other side. It is also in the western suburb and not that close to the city centre so a car is preferable to get around. One small criticism of the room is that the bathroom does not really have a shelf or somewhere to put clothes or towels.

We loved how well prepared and pretty the place was! The room was always clean and very good smelling after the housekeeping went through! As we aren’t Italians and we don’t speak the language, it was a nice surprise to see that we could communicate with the hotel staff in English… we had a lot of trouble trying to ask anyone anything in English any place we went! Even tho the hotel is a bit far from the city, this wasn’t that big of a problem as the bus stations were exactly near the hotel and so was the store from where you could buy the bus tickets. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and we honestly couldn’t wait for the next one! Well prepared and not even close to expensive! And if you don’t however like the breakfast, right near the hotel is a big supermarket and also a good restaurant, so you literally have everything you need there! The hotel also has a little store at the reception from where you can buy cold drinks and some snacks, even some other things you might need for personal care and forgot to bring it with you! The staff was very kind and helpful with everything we needed, especially Loredana from the cafeteria! She helped us with the directions to the touristic objectives when we told her what we would like to see in Torino, she also gave us a little something to eat when we left so early in the morning that we couldn’t stay for breakfast, it was so kind and thoughtful of her! We enjoyed a lot our stay at B&B Hotel Torino! :) Hope to come back in a future vacation there!

Location for this price is quite good! There is a bus stop and can get to the city center in 20 min. The room was quite good to be honest, mini fridge, bathroom is also good, with big TV and desk for work

The place is quite worn out and they need to work on their hospitality skills. The lady on the reception didn't look professional at all, and we had to wait to be checked in when we arrived while the two staff members were discussing something between them without really acknowledging our presence or giving us any indication of how long we'll need to wait. Although the room was clean, there was an unpleasant smell in communal areas.

the friendliness of the staff, made us fell like we were at home... very well taken care, great smile and always willing to help and provide any support... after a long trip back to Torino, this was a great choice to relax and get ready for our flight the next day.

all was good... the location is not the best but if you are really looking for a B&B, this is great...

Good size room, clean and very good location for me as I needed to be as close to work during this trip. Very nice and helpful staff and amazing that they had a bar as I got late and everything was closed, but I could purchase things from there! I will chose it again for my next work trip!

Great hotel close to the freeway. Professional staff, well-appointed rooms, and fast WiFi. Staff happy to provide information on where to eat, directions, and taxi orders. A really pleasant stay.

This hotel doesn't seem to be very environmental friendly. Eventhough we put our towels back where it reads "please don't change" they got changed every day. The same is true for the free soap. We used it once, left it in the bathroom and it got thrown away on the first day. Also we left the room every day with the lights out and sometimes when we came back they were on again. To be fair the personal was very friendly and once we told them the wasting stopped.

The staff remembered us from our last visit, and gave us free parking in the private parking, and also they were as friendly and helpful as the first time. The breakfast also had plenty of options. I totally recommend this place!

Not that many options around the location, just a single restaurant and a general store.
