Good price. Very nice staff. We didn't speak Italian, but somehow managed to communicate in English despite language barrier - all it takes is good will :) Sweet breakfast, typical for Italy - several kinds of croissant and pies. Mrs waitress makes very good coffee! Located very close to Porta Susa, many restaurants nearby. Very calm neighbourhood. Personnel stored our luggage for free after we booked out, so we could roam some more before night flight.

Air conditioner could use a cleaning - I am allergic and didn't feel well while sleeping with conditioner on, which is pretty much necessary during Italian summer.

This hotel gets the prize for the nicest, most cheerful man on the desk at 6am. He understood we needed to leave quickly to get a train, rushed us a cappuccino, brought us aluminium foil to wrap some breakfast up to go which he encouraged us to do, pointed out that some of the cakes they make themselves. Honestly, give that man a prize, what a lovely person! Thank you for such a warm and kind send off! It was also very very quiet at night. It was really really close to the station which is great early in the morning. Great place, will go again.

Our room wasn't the nicest I've slept in but it was ok. My parents room on the second floor was lovely.

Decent shower (but slow reaction temperature control) Helpful and friendly staff Room was quiet, despite the lively area having a 'notte bianca' event (street stalls and music etc til midnight). Room is very nice and quite spacious for two people. Room has an A/C! Bathroom is modern as well. Breakfast is good, offering bread, cheese , ham and salami, and sweet items, as well as hot and cold drinks. Price for the stay is also very worth it.

Possibility for late checkout at 10EUR per room until 13.30 instead lf 10.00. Great breakfast available. Lift available which helps for luggage or stroller.

I recommend! Our train was late and we Had to be a little bit after midnight but there was no problem (of course we called first). When we had to check out before breakfast this lovely mister said we can pack it for later and also gave us cold water! The room and the bathroom were nice and clean

Great location. Nice hotel but could really do with a bit of love to be fantastic. Nice balcony for smokers. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly. Property was secure.

Good accommodation and decent breakfast. Great location near the station and bus stop, surrounded by shops and restaurants/cafés. Check-in available until midnight, which is convenient for late flights/arrivals.

The bathroom door is transparent, which can be inconvenient.

Just a short walk from Porta Susa train station, where I arrived. Also close to the historical center and convenient for the Politecnico where I was attending a congress. Got a friendly welcome at reception. Room was good quality and cosy. Breakfast is included in the price. I had an early morning train to catch and was able to have breakfast before the official time.

Everything was fine, no complaints.
