First off. The guests who are complaining about the train being close to the hotel are all wrong -- it's the BEACH that is close to the train tracks, and the hotel is close to the beach. And close to the centre of the city. And close to the main train station. The location of this hotel is excellent -- almost all hotels in Pineto are, in some way, close to the train tracks. The only trains that could possibly bother are the high-speed ones that are *very* infrequent. Not a bother at all. This hotel is IMMACULATE. There was not a single spot of dust in the room, common areas, dining hall, balcony, or terraces. I want to thank personally the cleaning staff and the management for upholding such a high standard in their hotel. It was a joy to sit on the terrace, or lean out an open hallway window looking at the sea, or sit with a coffee in the corner of the dining room, and have perfect cleanliness throughout. The beach facilities are also fantastic. Umbrella and chairs in great condition, good showers, beautiful sea, beautiful pineta.

Not a complaint. Just a simple comment. Our room was a classic European-sized room. No European would think twice about it, but an American/North American might find it small -- but when in Rome! Less is more as they say.

A well run hotel in a fabulous location. Central to beach and town centre. Maintained to a high standard and a spotless property. B/ Rooms had balconies and the beds were very comfortable. Also great having a fridge in the room. Excellent breakfast with good choices. Staff were friendly, respectful, welcoming and fun. We stayed for 12 days during which the staff suggested activities and excursions that might be of interest. (Must try cooking class) Loved our stay. Would love to return and would certainly highly recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location for visiting Abbruzzo attractions and for the beautiful beach of small town Pineto. Very friendly English speaking staff. Easy and safe reserved parking which was a great bonus for us. Very good breakfast with sweet and salty variety. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we were at the place and was opening the day after we left but they gave us a list of nearby restaurants within walking distance. Good WiFi all around the hotel and good sized comfortable rooms. Certainly will go again if visiting the area.

We absolutely love this place….the owners and team are so friendly and helpful each time we go, arranging cakes for birthdays and giving us an upgraded sea view room. Everywhere is immaculately clean, and the breakfast is second to none. Parking is very reasonably priced at only €7 a day, and the location is perfect for both the beach and shops/bars and restaurants. Thanks for looking after us again so well……see you all soon.

Just returned from a week's holiday at hotel La Pineta. This was our second year and if anything it was better than last year. We had a wonderful week the staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic with a great selection at breakfast and super homemade food in the evening Pineto is a beautiful village with lots of restaurants and ice cream Parlours the beach is a short walk away the umbrella and chair on the beach are included in the price. Thanks to everyone at La Pineta hopefully see you next year David

The staff was really helpfull even though all of them didn't speak english. Breakfast was basic italian with bread, fruit and pastry. Reception was open around the clock but we noticed that he was asleep at the back when we went out after five in the morning.

This is small but not much variety to put on your bread, just cheese, cold cuts or jam. There were cherry tomatos but those weren't sliced. Also we asked and it said so that breakfast started at 7 but in reality it started at 7.30 on both mornings.

Natural flowers at the entrance and at the reception. Nice terace on the roof. Very close to the private beach (3 min). Room with small balony. Room cleaning service very good.

Staff must learn some English! It was only one girl that spoke English! The room seamed too simple. The messages they send are in italian evan if the clients were not italians!!! They don.t even bother to write a standard text in English... Like we should all know Italian!

The staff was very kind. The location and the private beach are excellent. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very good (however, it would be nice to have some vegetables and salad too.

The room size is too small (as usual in Italy). There is no night light (the existing lights are too bright). A very weak night light is required. Unfortunately, there is no electric kettle or cups for tea and coffee in the room. I asked in the Booking.com app about a kettle, but didn't get an answer. There are not enough sockets: you have to turn off the lights to charge your phone. The air conditioner turns off when you open the door to the balcony (this is normal), but then it does not turn on by itself. The cost could be lower.

We stayed for one night and really appreciated the great location and tasty breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful, which made our stay comfortable. The facilities are a bit dated, and with some updates to comfort, decoration, and sound insulation, the experience could be even better. For the price, we expected a little more from the room, but overall it was a pleasant stay

Location was great close to beach and in the town. Staff were polite and housekeeping was excellent.

Room 36 was on the small side especially the shower. Room 66 and room 28 were better sizes. Coffee at breakfast was weak and if you wanted cappuccino or better quality coffee from the bar you had to pay extra.
