This hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond even to fulfill a last-minute request. Their assistance with securing New Year's Eve dinner reservations was invaluable, taking all the stress out of our holiday planning. The spa is cozy, and its private nature creates a truly relaxing and intimate atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Valmalenco region. We enjoyed several scenic hikes driving not more than 25 minutes. A special highlight was the wine tasting with Armando – His expertise and passion for wine made it a delightful experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, cozy amenities, and attention to detail. We can't wait to return!

Everything was practically perfect! But, if I need to find anything, I'd love to have a Hammam in the spa, but I reckon this might be a bit complex :)

From the check-in to the check-out I felt very warmly welcomed (by Claudia, grazie mille!). She gave me precious information about the surroundings and restaurants. The room was super cosy and the terrace view is marvellous. Outdoor jacuzzi with the mountain and vineyards view is like a dream. The quality of service provided is better than in some 5* hotels. I will come back for sure. And another big GRAZIE to Carmen (breakfast) and her colleagues and the room service lady who cleaned my room. She was very polite and didn't forget to say goodbye to me. Small details BIG impact !

I stayed 3 nights in July 2023. The personnel was extremely kind, helpful, friendly. The quality of everything is exceptional: the comfort of the room, the comfort of the common resting area, the terrace, the breakfast, the coffee, the wine, the cheese, the fantastic view on the valley. This family loves to run the hotel and to accommodate travellers. They love their job, they love their region and like to tell you what makes this region special. I loved to stay there and was sad to leave. I will come back, that's for sure! And beside the hotel there is the wonderful restaurant Il Poggio with an excellent cuisine and served by a lovely staff. All this made my stay wonderful, relaxing and invigorating.

It was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely come back. Rooms have a "mountain decor" and are spacious, functional, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast is delicious, providing delicious homemade and local products. Staff is simply amazing, making you feel welcome in every aspect.

Beautiful hotel with phenomenal views, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, and a great choice of wines to try to get to know the region. Would absolutely recommend, especially for couples.

More about listing and expectation management: the jacuzzi is not a hot tub (so it’s only operating in the summer); spa usage is not included in the price of the room and is 25 eur per person for 2 hours.

Loved our stay here. Such a stunning setting, our room had such wonderful views. We had a wine tasting with the owner, which was so interesting, informative and of course delicious. We dined at the restaurant next door for dinner which was also excellent. Such a comfortable room with everything you needed. The breakfast was brilliant, so much choice and fresh eggs, fresh orange juice, fresh fruit. Perfect. We wish we could have stayed longer..

The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way. Fantastic rooms, great staff and the restaurant next door was exceptional. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

The parking is to the front of the hotel, adjacent the main road. I'm quite precious about my car, so I would have preferred the parking to be away from the road. Saying that, there were no issues.

it is fabulous! second time we visit the hotel and we went back to Sondrio area only because of it! the breakfast is really good with fresh juice, good coffee, sweets and eggs and you have a beautiful view of the valley. in the evening you have the option to do aperitivo and drink some really nice selection of wines. the staff is very kind and helpful and they do a really good job running the hotel!
