the communication with the hotel staff was fantastic. very clear directions for getting into the hotel and rooms, as well as wonderful suggestions for a market and restaurant. The breakfast was very generous and greasy, we had plenty to eat, it was a lot more than a boring continental breakfast of croissants and coffee. the best part of our stay at Family Center hotel was our hostess, she was so positive and personable. she absolutely went out of her way to make us happy.

The only issue we had was not being able to get Wi-Fi, but there was a storm happening while we were there.

The location is fantastic, only minutes off the highway it was a great spot to rest for the night. The room was brand new and extremely comfortable, when we walked inside we were pleasantly surprised. The price is fantastic and the carpark is pretty secure and right at the front door of the hotel. Breakfast was good, check in was fast overall very happy, would use this place again for a quick stop over

The screaming child in the middle of the night in the hallway but that was not the hotels fault, parents need to be more respectful and keep their children in the rooms if they are going to scream for 20 min

Perfect. More than was expected. Maria, the receptionist, was very amicable. She greeted us with genuine warmth and sincerity. We would definitely return.
