The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the location is exceptional. I would definitely recommend. I was not sure what to expect because I booked it very late in my trip but my expectations have been exceeded. Thanks again to the staff for helping with my questions.

the staff were super friendly! location is perfect. One of my favourite things about that is it was how eager everyone is to support. when I forgot my adapter of the receptionist was kind enough to give me HER OWN charger for the duration of my stay. a small example of the kindness I received during my time there.

I was in a budget room so I’m unsure of all of the same but I didn’t have a view. I essentially looked across a small balcony/courtyard to another room. I believe there may be some sea facing rooms & my bed was a tad too hard.

We paid 390€ for 2 adults, 2 nights, extremely expensive for what was a very basic, sorry looking hotel with a poor customer service from staff. The location although boasts some nice beaches, doesn't have anything else to other than a run down city. The entrance to the hotel looks like a motel, with the reception working as a bar selling mostly tobacco to external de customers. Breakfast was very basic and the bathroom lacked a proper shower division, resulting in water spread all over the bathroom floor. Toilet was also hard to access with the shower door blocking the way. Due to unavoidable circumstances, upon arrival we requested to cancel the second day of booking. However, we found it impossible to locate management, with the receptionists unable to help, providing all sorts of excuses for managements delay, even when we had scheduled time to meet. When we did manage to talk to management after 5 trials, we agreed to a small price reduction from the full pre paid price for the second night for not staying (-60€) to which the lady never kept her promise and didnt make the necessary arrangements with booking even though we called the hotel in numerous occasions for follow up. Overall, an extremely expensive stay bearing in mind the sad looking hotel, customer service and amenities. I wouldn't have paid more than half what it cost.
