The hotel was very good but what made it great was the fantastic spa . Wonderful heated pool with relaxing water massage features, jacuzzi tube, steam and sauna, and very reasonable massage treatments. The food which included buffet breakfast and four course dinner was excellent. This was the best value for our money we have ever experienced . Being there in the off season reduced the price but even at the high season rate we would book this hotel again.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, swimming pool was a good touch but opening hours 3pm to 8pm not great It would be nice if there be a few hours in the morning. Nice to have little colouring activities for kids during meals.

We had dinner one evening food was nice but portions a little small and quite pricey for the quantity of food you get.

Dinner and breakfast were very delicious and the floor staff was quite professional, the room was quite big and the view was stunning. The spa was quite relaxing but a little busy with families and kids during the weekend.

They charged us for some still tap water at dinner (half board paid) and the double beds are two single beds together so you feel the space in the middle.

Was with a group with two rooms. 1 was quite spacious, the other was quite a bit smaller with not a lot of space even for a lightly packed one night stay. Thought the rooms would at least be the same. There wasn’t an indicator.

Really good value for the money, needs a little bit renovation but for the money we paid was really good taking in to the account that SPA was included in room price. All necessary needs for one night stay were met: Breakfast was simple but good, bed was comfortable, room was clean.

The hotel is very clean, room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. I loved the complementary apples in the room. Breakfast was... amazing. Sweet and savory, everything that you might want and in good quantity, we went around 9-9:30 and it was full. Good coffee, juices.

Room a bit small, but ok, we only stayed one night.

I really enjoyed my stay here ❤️. The staff is friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfasts with a huge variety of options. The apartment was clean. Towels and bathrobes were there too.

We didn’t have a balcony, but the view from the window on the mountains was amazing.

The location and the hotel were really good. Also, the food was very delicious with several options to choose from.

Although the hotel has a SPA apart from the sauna the other facilities were not working and the pool and jacuzzi were really cold.

Really liked the spa section! It was awesome relaxation before and after xc-skiing races I was doing in Trentino.

Room could have been cleaned better.

Seating arrangements at the breakfast table. I was made to sit in the middle of the room, near the buffee, where everyone was constantly walking behind me. You couldn't choose the table yourself.
