Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Rooms were very tidy, esspecially bathroom, The breakfast has a particularly nice presentation of homemade products. A presentation of local dishes at supper was also very good. The stuff was polite.

Suggestion is to change mattresses in rooms because they are quite hard. In bathroom, shower cap was missing for one person in both rooms we booked. We notice that Yogurts offered in breakfast have expired. It would be nice to offer usage of the swimming pool on the date of departure without additionally charging the guests.

The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The SPA is also nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. They also gave us a crib for the baby that worked out perfectly.

The decor of the room was not great, a little basic.

Everything except for the wifi signal. The staff strive to deliver professional and helpful service.

I didn’t have cell service and relying most of the time on free wifi. Hopefully in the future they would provide something better.

Ski room was very big. The cable car was near. The wellness area was well equipped. Dinner was delicious.

Nothing serious, just a suggestion: beside the bed there was no reading lamp in the single room.

The room was super nice

We came here with our dog because this hotel is pet friendly and we also payed a lot for the room. But for every breakfast, lunch or dinner we had to stay in a separate small room because we had the dog. Also the plates they served for lunch and dinner was a little expensive.

We went as a family of 6 for a few days walking in the mountains. The area was great for us as there were lots of medium walks for us to do, the town was nearby as was the cable car! There was a pool and spa in the hotel which was very good and useful as the weather was not as kind as it could have been! Breakfast was good, a large selection on the buffet. We only ate in once, but that was very nice. There are plenty of other places to eat around. Staff were helpful with information on the area and what to do and see.

The weather!!!

Very quiet place. A small cozy hotel at the foot of the mountains with a SPA, a large spacious room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. Delicious breakfast, coffee. It is also possible to order dinner in advance.

Since the hotel is pet-friendly, the smell of pets was very strong in the elevator.

The room was nice, clean, quiet and big enough. The breakfast was tasty with enough selection. Lot of parking place and the hotel is very close to many attractions

I should like to have a better lighting in the room and more space for our stuff

they charged room bar higher than written prices in the room and not so good breakfast

On site private parking, fantastic breakfast, lovely sauna and hydro pool and amazing employees.
