The location to the lungomare and the shopping street. Comfortable room with plenty of space in room and bathroom. The view was nice from my window. And the bed very comfortable. Although I woke up in the middle of the night when the council came to empty bins outside, I fell right back to sleep.

Worried about how “visible” the room is at night with windows facing the main shopping street. With all windows open and all blinds up there was a beautiful breeze entering the room at night, but you just need to be extra aware of lack of privacy of this particular room.

The location of this BnB is absolutely perfect. It’s just off the Main Street which was perfect for traveling around Reggio. I got to see and do so many things due to its location. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels supplied. The host was sweet, helpful and welcoming. I would warn you though. If you’re a light sleeper and you don’t plan on going out then I’d find somewhere that isn’t so central because the Italians love singing and having fun on a Friday and Saturday which is no issue as I joined them.

The shower head was cracked but other than that everything was perfect.

When Ieave the room and come back I find it cleaned and in new status as check in day. That's great.

Nothing all was fine, recommended that extra attention paid to cleaning all areas of bathroom interior glass panels.

The location is just perfect. City centre, 200 metres from seafront, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Despite the fact that the location is great, please remember, it's busy till late...it's noisy (scouters, motorbikes-boys and their toys)

Communication with the owner was easy, the room was spacious with plenty of natural light, and the location was unbeatable. Excellent ratio price and quality. Thank you Francesco

Amenities and room are great price for what you get, even a hair dryer in the bathroom! Very clean!

walls are very thin and outside bar is a little noisy so maybe earplugs would be good to bring if you're a light sleeper!

We had no breakfast location was excellent walking distance to alot of places including shops cafes restaurants

Not much it was what we liked and didn't have any downsides to our experience

great location on the main shopping/strolling street and close to the seashore...my room was very spacious and comfortable...not a luxury stay but has all it needs
