Spacious room overlooking Corso Garibaldi. A unique element was the nightly live music performed below our window. Really good breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. Central location within walking distance of all the sites to see in Reggio, the better restaurants and cafes as well as the Lungomare (shore/beaches).

Some awkward service moments. Everything in Reggio can be seen in a 4 night stay. We were there for 7. As the days passed some inconsistencies in service at the hotel occurred including a room service snafu! We probably would have a shorter stay in future.

Ana Mae and Antonia at the front desk helped me with issues before the trip. The two gentleman who worked the desk while I was there were equally helpful and responsive. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Even the driver that the hotel arranged was exceptional. That alone is a reason to stay here. But in addition, the location is perfect. Close to everything and in the middle of the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the terrace where it was served was lovely. The room was very comfortable. We had a superior triple for two people and we had lots of room between our beds plus two chairs and two desk areas. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Our room was right below the terrace. So we could hear the music played in the bar. But it also looked out over the pedestrian street which was a great view

The hotel is located in a very central area with the main street a few minutes away. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quite spacious with a smart TV including the internet.

The breakfast! I must say this was the worst 4-star hotel breakfast I ever had. They barely had any food options and the stuff was not refilled when gone. For any vegans this breakfast is also not an option as they would not have any food options. This needs to drastically improve.

The customer service was brilliant, all the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was clean, aircon worked well in this summer heat. The hotel was close to everything but far enough away that it was completely quiet. We could also see the ocean from the balcony which was a nice addition.

Lack of parking around the area but this isn’t the hotels fault, just a victim of circumstance. Other than this I have no complaints. It was a really pleasant and easy experience checking in and out

Very professionally-run hotel and helpful reception. Small but very clean room with everything I needed. There wasn't much of a view from my room, but it didn't bother me. Very good breakfast, and the terrace has a very nice view of the sea.

This is a minor detail, but I didn't really like the decor. It is very masculine and feels somewhat cold: lots of dark greys and blues. I feel like everything else about the hotel is very well-done, but I prefer something more cozy.

I stayed only 1 night but it was a super nice stay, my flight was delayed and they waited for me after midnight, the communication was easy. Location is perfect - close to the sea and city. It’s possible to park on street within blue lines (in May) so no need for a parking. I think l paid 3€ from 10 pm - 10 am (?)

Breakfast was simple but it’s normal in Italy

Fabulous location, great bkst, rooftop terrace, air conditioning Staff especially Chris and the ladies at the front desk!

Nothing. Just be aware parking is down the street but in a secure parking garage. If you come in late in the evening you have to have the staff at the hotel open it for you.

Very nice and modern hotel in a very central location in Reggio. The private parking arrangement they have with the garage just down the street is an important benefit - parking in this city would otherwise be a total nightmare (and yes you need to leave the car keys with the parking garage guys as they will need to move your car around). Airco works wonderfully well, shower gels smelled nice, place was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was ground level right next to the road but the soundproofing to the outside is good and I did not hear a thing. Breakfast was very nice buffet where you can order whatever coffees and/or egg dishes you want and it is on the rooftop (either covered part or in the sunshine if you wish) which is then also a bar in the evening. If I would be back in Reggio, I would probably stay here again.
