brand new hotel, right next to the famous museum, best mattress ever, great pressures shower, softest never-used-before towels, pet friendly.
the system downsized our new one-bedroom apartment into a family-suite. No fault of the owner. But what is a suite? it was a standard double room, no place for anyone else in the family except a couple. We got a 20% discount for the inconvenience after we contacted Booking. Owners have to practice some problems management in hospitality

somewhat dirty, on arrival no one to meet us, no cleaning supplies, no hot water, no electricity to kitchen area. Host did take care of some things. Toilet in need of repair ( leaking on to floor).
