This hotel was so nice and clean! The location was great for walking everywhere! The staff were kind and extremely helpful. Especially Ahlam (I hope that is her correct name and I apologize if not). She went above and beyond every day to make sure I felt comfortable and safe as a female solo traveler. I am forever grateful to her for helping me get to the train station after my ferry got cancelled and I only had a few minutes to catch my train to Rome. The staff in charge of cleaning my room did an amazing job! My room was comfortable and very clean. The free breakfast was delicious, including the coffee machine. This hotel was amazing and completely exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palace Masoanri's in Reggio Calabria. The hotel is well-situated and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing visit. A special mention goes to Alahm, who works at the hotel and was incredibly helpful during our stay. She speaks five languages, which made communication very easy, and she went out of her way to recommend fantastic places to visit in the area. Anytime we had questions, she was happy to assist, and if any small issues came up, she took care of them quickly. Her friendly and professional approach really added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Reggio Calabria.

Ahlam at the reception was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always sharing great tips on the best places to visit in the area. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the service was always warm and attentive. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short walk from Lido, making it perfect for beach lovers. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the region!

I was offered a welcome drink. The staff were nothing short of amazing. They were so helpful with my enquiries. I was even upgraded to a 5th floor room with a balcony and views over the sea to Sicily. The hotel is next to the wonderful museum with the Riace bronzes. It is close to the promenade and the Lido train station and just 10 mins walk from the ferry to Messina. Very very highly Recommended !!

I arrived before check in time and since the room was ready, the hotel allowed me to check in early without charging. Very good cost benefit, great location near the port, restaurants and stores within a walking distance. Safe neighborhood. The breakfast was good too, fruits, yogurt, Nutella, croissant, coffee machine. The employees were nice and efficient.

Great VALUE for MONEY Hotel in the city center, just next to the amazing National Archeological Museum. Room was good. The Location excellent. Parking in front of the hotel very secure (if you find a place) and free. Bathroom was good and fully equiped.

The bed was old style and must be replaced thow the matress was much better. The elevator needs renovation!

The location was excellent, right on the seafront promenade, where the views across the straight to Sicily were wonderful. The bed and room were comfortable and clean and the breakfast adequate. The staff were always cheerful and helpful despite our poor Italian.

The wifi crashed in our room during our last day, but the staff allowed us to access the wifi in the foyer so we could make our onward arrangements. They did their best to repair the wifi but in the end had to wait for parts.
