Very adequate accomodations for a two night stay in Reggio Calabria. Definitely enjoyed having the balcony. The breakfast was good and the host made everyone coffee each morning. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the ability to have a private parking space at the property. The building seems to also have other residences and businesses but the area for Trip Room and Breakfast was secure and we had no issues with access to the building or the lodging accomodations.

The room showed signs of wear but overall bathroom and room was clean. We rented three rooms and one of our travel companions experienced noisy guests next door to their room but otherwise we had a pleasant and uneventful stay at the property.

The staff were excellent and friendly, location is great too (10min walk from the city centre or the pathway next to the sea), great value for money and big bathroom. The host heard an alarm coming from one of the rooms on one morning and called us to make sure we were fine etc (although we weren’t the ones needing assistance) - they really made sure we were comfortable and happy.

The mattress is quite soft but this might be my personal preference for something firmer, breakfast selection could be slightly improved (savoury selection such as bread or ham instead of just sweet croissants).

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff is extremely kind, polite and available to help at all times, it is also very easy to contact them through booking or phone call. The day we arrived they let us stay at the property while waiting for our check-in time, and the room became available very quickly so we ended up checking-in earlier than expected. Besides, one day we left very early (way before breakfast) and they extended the breakfast thinking we had overslept. They really make the guests feel at home. Moreover, the location is excellent, the breakfast was very delicious (bakery brings fresh pastries every morning), the room was comfortable and clean. Simply perfect. I will be staying there again when I visit Calabria in the future.

The host was very helpful and welcoming. Directions were good and the check in was very smooth. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The terrace was large with a wonderful sea view looking across to Sicily. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

The room was very nice and tidy with a small balcony. View from the tarrace in breakfast area is just great. Overall the guesthouse is located perfectly to explore Calabria. Guys running the property are very helpfull and support with each simple thing. We enjoyed our stay pretty much :)

The walls and doors very thin, so you can easily hear what is happening in other rooms and in the common areas.

Very clean accomodation with really accommodating host when we had a hiccup with getting a double bed instead of a twin. Absolutely incredible views from the common balcony. Breakfast was super delicious.

Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast with great view over Reggio and coastline. Andrea the host was so helpful with information really went the extra mile.

Was very close to shops, restaurants, station, and the main city centre. The hosts were very accomodating, and made our stay very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
