Chiara is so welcoming, warm and friendly. The property is in such a great location. Everywhere is walkable and the airport is a short bus ride away. We were so close to the train station so we could easily take the train to Scilla or Tropea. The facilities are great and the breakfast is excellent and good value. I was given a separate breakfast option to cater for my allergy which Chiara arranged every morning and made sure I had plenty to eat and drink.

Chiara, the owner, made my trip to Reggio feel like I had a friend to call if I needed anything, and I did. She helped me get situated and accommodated my questions and every need. The location is a way to experience a Reggio neighborhood outside the tourist zone but a short walk to the pedestrian zone and the Lungomare.

Chiara is the best! My train was delayed and I arrived after check-in time, and not only did she stay late, she gave me snacks because the restaurants were closed. Room was clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Location is convenient, central and close to transportation while still being quiet.

A beautiful B&B in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located, with a lovely outdoor garden area and a wonderful host. Chiara was very friendly, helpful and accommodating our early departure with coffee, breakfast and a smile.

Everything you can imagine! It's the best B&B you can find in Reggio. The rooms are super nice and very comfortable especially for our family with two kids. Davinia who is the host of the Villa takes care of all detail and she welcomed us from the first minute to the last. We took the breakfast in the veranda which is very beautiful and one can notice the artistic potential Davinia has. A big applause also to Davinia for reccomending us a great Trattoria in Reggio. We ate the typical Calabrian antipasti and pasta and good value for money. Highly recommend Villa Lavinia.

Chiara was a wonderful host. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property is conveniently located near the train station but away from noise. I can recommend it.

SThe villa is so well preserved and full of history. It's perfectly located, less than 10 minutes walking from the city centre. The breakfast was soo good, with a wide selection of yummy home made cakes. I've been many times to Reggio Calabria, since my family comes from there, and this if by far the best place I've been in may years. Chiara has been so nice and welcoming and gave us a lot of useful tips for nearby restaurants .

Chiara is a lady born for the business of hospitality, always smiled, always helpful, always willing to help. The size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the decoration, the breakfast. Everything is great. If in Reggio we'll stay again.

The area is kind of isolated from the city center. It's very dark to walk for dinner to the center. Easy to find parking in front of the B&B though (August)

Chiara is very accommodating and kind host. She prepared special vegan breakfest for me on request and offered earlier breakfest so we could make our train. The room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Wifi wasn't the strongest. We liked everything else.
