As a standard procedure when choosing accommodation, in addition to other important features for us (cleanliness ratings, location, parking space etc), we continued to read guest reviews. The comments were too good to be true! But, from our experience of the five-day stay at Hotel Carmen, we can share that it is even better than what is written. Shortly, the kindness of the staff who try in every way to make your stay more pleasant, the food which is delicious and served with a lot of taste and love, and of course, the cleanliness and location of the hotel. As experienced travelers, we highly recommend this hotel and we are really grateful that we took our love's advice to choose the half-board option. That pleasant feeling like you're in a good restaurant with a great variety of food (your choice from the offered list of dishes): from salad, starter, first plate, second plate and dessert/fruit. We can also mention about the fair relationship regarding the drinks and the salads offered as a choice for the daily menu. Nice and very clean property,amazing food - salad bufet at dinner and great fruit salad at breakfast,very nice and attentive staff.We felt like in a family restaurant,always taken care of,always asked if we want anything more or different.If you choose to stay here,you won’t be dissapointed!!

Location is perfect, Michael is a great guy helpfull and makes the best breakfast. I really think Carmen is worth your money, so yes k would recommend it personally.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to be helpful. Room at the last floor with a bit of sea view from the balcony, very quiet even if in front of the elevator. Room and common areas very clean. Excellent breakfast with many options and great quality. 12 minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the beach, close to some restaurants, but in a quiet area of Riccione. Parking available on site even if we did not use it. Very friendly with guest pets. They prepared us an excellent breakfast 1 hour earlier than the usual time. Breakfast available from 8 until 12 (which is not so common, but was appreciated !) and at any time you may find full options still available !

Nothing : all was perfect !

Breakfast was really good, excellent coffee. Staff was extremely helpfull: due to Alpine celebrations, bus to the airport region was missing for 50 min. The young staff member proposed his own private car and took us in time straight to the airport.
