“Great location and good value! The room was spacious enough for a single traveler and very clean. The shower had both hot and cold water, which for me is indispensable 😉. Breakfast offered a wide selection of everything, and the staff were very kind and attentive. I got this hotel for a bargain price, and it was worth every penny. Breakfast was included and there was a very small selection of gluten free items, cakes etc. The location was great, very close to the train station and a short walk from the beach. Hire a bike or scooter (dotted around the streets) from BIT app for a faster way to Riccione town.

In our room we are 2 adults and a 4 year old child. Our bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is spacious enough for us even the whole room. The breakfast is fine but choices are limited. 5mins walk to the beach. 10-15mins walk from train station. 5-10mins walk to luna park. 5-10mins walk from the center or shops. Every morning the cleaning lady always asks if you need cleaning.

I have stayed here before over various areas, with my partner and as a solo traveller. Its located just behind the main beach , so is fairly quiet. Place is lovely. Reception and eating area nice and clean. Breakfast is really good and normally included in the price. Lots of sweet pastries to try..The breakfast area is large and really well presented. Rooms are very nice, hotel is modern. For a 3 star its really well presented. Of particular note, the staff are very friendly. My Italian is not the best - however the staff do speak English well. A special mention to Antonella, one of the ladies here who was particularly helpful when my language failed. Best of all, prices are good even at the start of the beach season which is unusual but welcome. It's absolutely value for money. There is a reason I keep coming back here because its a friendly and welcoming place.

It's a small one, and not a fault of the hotel per se. But the hotel is off the main road and its a one way system with difficulty parking. It's not impossible, but difficult to park close as its a residential area For those using public transporting, biking/hiking of course no issue. The hotel has no dedicated car park, or not that I know of.

Everything, the kindness and friendliness of the people working in there, the place that was very clean, the choices for breakfast, the location ( only 5 minutes walking from the promenade) everything went beyond my expectations, highly recommended! I'll be definitely back!

We were there off the season and the price-to-performance ratio was just off the charts for an Italy stay. Clean inside and out. Super friendly and attentive staff. Superb breakfast which felt like everything was homemade. Stayed 2 nights, not because I am that cheap, but because we both loved it.

We did not like, that there are no clones of this hotel all over Italy.

Staff were fantastic, except the cleaner, very helpful. Great location 5 Minnie's walk to beach, supermarket and restaurants.

Cleaner left my door unlocked. Paper thin walls and ceiling.

The location of the hotel is quite close to the train station and the beach. We stayed for a week and had a lovely time. Very nice breakfast buffet and lots of things to choose from, continental style. Helpful staff and room cleaned every day. Had a balcony in the room and all facilities that you need.

-no proper bedside tables with lamps in the room -bedroom door not really isolating noises / lights from the corridor - a small bin could be added into the room, as well as adding some more shelves / chairs to use for clothes / bags etc - bathroom: loose door (needed to be fixed) and only one toilette paper roll per day seems a bit too strict as clearly no rooms should be left with half / less than half used toilette paper roll but always an extra one should be left (and I believe to be really cheap and I should not be using my handkerchiefs)

The room is spacious for a couple. The bathroom is fine for 2 people. Breakfast is delicious but limited choices. A lot of attractions and places that you can go. We had a great time.
