The staff were very helpful, courteous and patient. The patio with our room was wonderful giving the room a very spacious feel. We enjoyed the view of the pool and the street below and sat out there relaxing. Fabulous location and the beach facilities and staff were top class. We looked at the local shops where all the retail staff were very kind and helpful. Love Riccione for a regional getaway with friends. Easy access to San Marino which was definitely worth the effort. Excellent artisan ice cream.

Needed a kettle in the room.

Great location close to the sea and shops. Breakfast super- lots of choice especially the cakes ( they have a pastry chef) but what I appreciated was you could get a proper coffee like at a bar. Room was spacious and well appointed ample and clean -as was the bathroom. They had an evening buffet meal which for me as a single traveller was very convenient and unexpected. A leaving gift of melt in the mouth biscuits made by the pastry chef was a nice touch.

Some of the staff in reception weren't always that helpful. I gave staff a high score overall though because one of them in particular was really excellent and went above and beyond and she made up for it! Also there was a bit of confusion when I arrived about my room. Eventually this was resolved but it could have been handled better.

Really impressed with Hotel Concord. The staff were very friendly from the moment I arrived, helping with directions for their car park. The rooms were fresh and modern with loads of space, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had. If I'm in the area again, will definitely stay here.

Not a fault of the hotel's, but a late night karaoke bar across the street would play very loud music until about 2AM. Nothing some ear plugs and white noise couldn't overcome, but a nuisance all the same.

Great location close the railway station, beach, shopping streets and restaurants. Exceptional breakfast which itself could be good enough reason to stay in this hotel. Good beds, pillows etc. Clean & modern. Quiet.

No view to the see. Small room & balcon. Pool was small and only few sun beds in the area. No hotel beach, be orepared to pay extra for the sunbeds on the beach, , Staff was not always very service oriented in english. Price relatively high compared to the quality.

Everything. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bed was comfortable. The shower was the best I've had in a long time. Breakfast was fantastic. My stay was out of season so the price was very very good for what I got. I was sorry I could only stay for one night this time.

Very good location, close to the beach and with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. A lot of variety at breakfast. I was happy with my choice. I spent only one night at the Hotel Concord, on my way to Southern Italy, but next time I'll stay longer!

Noisy bar opposite. Poor quality bedding. Our quilt cover had holes in it. Old towels. Small shower cubicle. We paid for a deluxe room, but it didn’t look like the photos on the website.

Very good location, amazing breakfast, big bed, very clean rooms, bottles of water every morning in the room, beach towels was a pleasant thing and they were changed every morning.

Bed bit too hard, flat and hard pillows, leaking water from the shower, we payed extra money to get room with the sea view and got just a bit of it and our friends didn't pay for it and got the same view. Very dissapointing. The reception didn't pay attention to any of the complaints. Too much overpriced.

Breakfast, dinner, room, bar - everything was perfect.

If the windows face the central pedestrian street, it will be noisy until 2 a.m. due to the large number of bars and restaurants.

Everything was excellent , the only thing that I would have liked was to be able to make a cup of coffee or tea in my room.
