I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just 1 minute from the central street and only 3 minutes from the MetroMare station, which easily connects you to Rimini and the airport. As a vegan I can say that the breakfast was absolutely amazing offering a wide variety of cheeses, incredibly delicious pastries, vegan milk, nuts, and fresh fruits. It was a real treat every morning! The hotel offers great value for money, with a beautifully designed lobby, comfortable and spotless rooms, and a friendly, helpful staff that made us feel very welcome. The pillows and mattress were super comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. What really stood out was the thoughtful touch when we had an early checkout the staff prepared a small breakfast to take with us, which was so kind and appreciated. You can also use bicycles for free, which is a lovely way to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Everything was great

Lovely setting, very close to the railway station and the Palariccione, which means it’s perfect if attending a conference there. Rooms are newly rennovated and very clean. The pool adds a nice atmosphere to the place and the breakfast is absolutely delicious!

The hairdryer is incredibly weak and not warm enough, which means it takes a very long time to dry even thin hair. We asked reception if they had a more powerful one (not wall mounted, but this was not available. We also struggled with the wifi and again this could not be fixed. Shame because the hotel could really be top with a bit more attention to details.

Location is very good only 1 minute from train station and all the room are new in the wood floor, looks like also they have new bathroom. The Breakfast it's very reach the staff members working in the morning are very good and friendly. The location is cool with a nice pool (I didn't go). I like also the second exit just next to the main street where you can easily walk. The location is super Safe but in general Riccione is safe. The Check-in and Check-out process very easy. All the room work with a very good AC.

They can improve little bit the bed confort, it's good but little bit too hard for my taste.

Easy check in. The receptionists were polite, fast, courteous and professional. which were greatly appreciated, as we had driven hours to get here. The room is clean and cozy, & has all the amenities we need for a stay. AND we're super close to every attraction! A breath of fresh air! From the vibes, to the service, to the drinks, everything was outstanding. The bartender is so good at his work Such a chill but interesting atmosphere with delicious cocktails. Will be back! My family and i will definitely be returning based off of the service and overall kindness and attention of the staff , I would like to come back here for my prenup pictures ❤️

We were surprised by the shopping and restaurants that were literally within steps of the hotel. The beach was very close. The hotel is beautiful. When in Italy we will definitely book a stay here!

I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, and this was our largest hotel room for our three-week trip to Italy.

Breakfast was very good. Adequate selection of fruits, nuts, yogurts, cakes, hot buffet, cheeses, breads, coffee & teas.. etc etc

Suggestion for coffee machines where guests can make their coffee as needed...

The breakfast was tasty and lots of selection. Our room was nice and very clean and close to the pool. We enjoyed some time lounging in the front room off the lobby and it was nice and quiet there. Bed was fairly comfortable compared to others our trip to Italy and Greece. Found a gate entrance over to the shopping and dining the last evening we were there that made it easy to pop over to. Perfect location to walk from the train station to the hotel. Close enough to the beach with a scooter, bicycle, or car, a little far for walking but still an easy walk if you don't want to rent a vehicle.

Had issues with getting bug bites by the pool and in the parking area by the shrubs, so we didn't spend time by the pool. This doesn't have to do with the hotel, but you need to come prepared with dressier clothes for evening and dinner time and make reservations ahead of time.

Some of receptionist staff a bit too blunt and abrupt coming across rude and not welcoming. Could improve their customer service

Breakfast is very good, staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is great, yes there is a bit of train noise but you are opposite the station so it is expected, it never spoils our stay

Location was great. Next to the train station and to the main walking street. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Hairdryer could've been more powerful) also, only one socket available for a charger next to the bed.
