I had a fantastic stay at this location. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, where the overhang provided a nice escape from the sun. The location itself was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the beach. There was a cozy café only 5 minutes away, and within 10 minutes, I found a variety of restaurants where I had some delicious meals for both lunch and dinner. For convenience, there were also several grocery stores just a 5-minute drive away. Plus, the nearby amusement park was a great bonus, making it easy to enjoy some fun activities close by.

Room was very clean and very well equipped - fridge, stove, coffee pot, coffee, basic spices, pots, cutlery, plates. As a result, we prepared delicious food. What's more, the included breakfasts were really tasty and we loved eating them on the terrace. The hostess was very friendly and communicative. She gave us some helpful information. Nice experience.

It were wonderful 11 days we spent in this hotel. We really felt like at home. The owner of the hotel seniora Maria and her husband are very hostable and open people ready to help at any moment All the time we had a very delicious breakfast which is delivered right into the comfortable room. Our next journey to Rimini will definitely be with the same hotel.

Lendlord Maria is very kind and friendly. Room was clean and in good conditions. Breakfast is teasty and big.

Noise isolation is not perfect. If you will have noisy neighbours, you will hear them. But in general it's very minor issue and depend on your luck.

We liked the location, it was 10-minute walk to the beach, which allowed us to go back and forth as needed. The breakfasts were served on our balcony and were large but quite repetitive. We much appreciated the insect screens because there were mosquitos. Also, it was very convenient that the room was equipped with air conditioning. The hosts were nice and friendly. Although, it was not possible to book parking, we managed to park in front of the house.

The kitchen was clean but poor equipped (blunt knife) but we could still cook basic meals. Our room was oriented to a busy main road, which was too loud even at night. Moreover, we could hear noises from the hall.

The host is really nice, caring and helpful. You get all the things as described. The breakfast is good, but doesn’t variate day to day. The airport, supermarkets, train station or beaches are in 5-15 minutes by foot. It’s a nice place to stay for a short period.

Wonderful host, beautiful breakfasts, convenient location - that is all about this place! We really enjoyed being there! Maria is a nice person to deal with! Any question may be worked out with a pure pleasure to talk. Some words about location. Don't worry about airport vicinity, there is not so much traffic - you can sleep still. Nice beaches are in 10-minute distance on foot which is not the problem at all. As well as grocery store, as well as bus stops. In other words, 10 out of 10.

Disability to pay in public transport for non-italian tourists, but it is a question to city, not to hosts :D

The owners were so lovely and welcoming. Property was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a lovely touch and was really good!

The accomodation Is absolutely perfect, you get very good breakfast everyday, the cleaning service in your room is also on daily basis. Matress in bedroom is good quality so you get good sleep. Beach is in walking distance. Overall i recommend this accomodation to everyone.
