This is a small hotel located in a quiet area, very close to the beach. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I even had a balcony—which was a nice bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Throughout my stay, I interacted with several different people, and they were consistently kind, welcoming, and eager to assist.

There is one aspect that could be improved—the room feels a bit stuck in time. The furniture looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades, and it seems that renovations or upgrades aren't done very often. Of course, this is just my impression—I could be wrong. That said, the dated appearance of the room didn’t affect my stay, which was wonderful overall.

Breakfast was simple but good. Very short walk to the beach and short bus ride to the main area of Rimini.

Awful parking, not suitable for SUVs, no refrigerator and electric teapot, almost no wifi in lobby and court, mediocre breakfasts.

Breakfast was good, but the cutlery was not very well-washed. The cleaning service in the room was at a high level, the reception worked excellently. The room was claimed as a calm place, however, the balcony and windows faced the central entrance, and every morning around 6.30-7.00 the staff moved the tables and chairs and made a lot of noise.

If the hotel allows smoking on its premises, it should offer non-smoking guest rooms located far away from areas where guests may be smoking on balconies or terraces. At the very least, the hotel should indicate on its website its policy on smoking within the premises.
