It was a great hotel, and great staff

Good choices. Preferred hotter bacon,eggs. Staff very obliging and heated in microwave. Excellent staff.

Breakfast and dinner could have been more varied

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. I think I have never experienced such an attentive approach. To be more specific, for example we arrived earlier than expected and the staff allowed us to check in and use one room before check in time (noon). They also offered us breakfast. My friends do not eat fish and the staff was willing to change fish dinner menu for them.

Location is nice , it’s clean and the beach is clean. Family rooms are rather for family with smaller children. Garage is available for the very fair price .

Air conditioning didn’t work . Breakfast was chaotic and with not so many options for someone who usually doesn’t eat gluten. Nevertheless the stuff was very friendly. Beach facilities are to be extra paid , not included in the hotel price. We definitely overpaid it, due to the sport fair happening on the same dates, which was not related to our schedule.

The whole staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially the girls at the reception. The location is also great, just on the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels, changed.

The food was not good at all. The all inclusive was actually full board with some included drinks, like wine, beer, aranciata and water. Between the meals, anythjng you would like to drink, you have to pay. This is not bad, but is just not what "all inclusive" means. The parking is also paid. The spa, which is one jacuzzi and sauna, is also paid.

It was on the beach front and the staff were lovely. Plenty of variety for breakfast and the bed was comfortable.

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room or even complimentary water. We were not advised that the spa facilities were not reopened after covid. The hotel bicycles were all out of action.

I can say that the breakfast wasn't wonderful but it was ok. Coffee was really great!

Pay attention if you order only breakfast and dinner the drinks are not included 🤣.The room was very small for 4 people.

breakfast was ok but made no sense why there were more cakes at breakfast and none at dinner time, all you had for dessert was ice cream that was never changed, they'll keep the same one for days, very shocking! We wanted to refund immediately when they told us the rules that they never said on there page or even emailed us with, it was a shock to the system when we arrived, especially when we saw the room, they then put us in a slightly bigger room because we were very unhappy, but it was small consolation at this point.

-CHANGE HOW THEY DO ALL INCLUSIVE BECAUSE THERE ALL INCLUSIVE IS BASICALLY FULL BOARD, THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING. -MORE FOOD SELECTION FOR DINNER, ONE NIGHT THEY HAD BLACK SPAGHETTI WHICH PEOPLE WERE AVOIDING BECAUSE THEY LOOKED LIKE BABY SNAKES, DISGUSTING -ALLOW YOU TO TAKE YOUR DRINK AWAY AT MEAL TIMES AND NOT PUT A STUPID ROOM NUMBER ON YOUR BOTTLE AND KEEP IT JUST FOR MEAL TIMES UNTIL YOU FINISH IT THEN YOU ARE ALLOWED TO GET A NEW ONE, ITS NOT FLIPPING SCHOOL DINNERS FOR KIDS. ALSO YOU CAN ONLY CHOOSE BETWEEN PEPSI, WATER, ORANGE JUICE, CHEAP WINE AND CHEAP BEER VERY LIMITED. -NOT CHARGE TO USE THE JACUZZI AND SAUNA WHEN YOU'VE PAID FOR ALL INCLUSIVE, YOU COULDNT ACCESS ANY FACILITIES EVERYTHING THEY WANTED EXTRA MONEY. -HAVE IRONS AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE TO USE, NOT SAY ONLY THE CLEANER OR STAFF CAN IRON YOUR CLOTHES. ALSO HAVE MORE IRONS AVAILABLE THEY HAD 1 IN THE WHOLE HOTEL, DISGUSTING. -HAVE BETTER AND LONGER MEAL TIMES ONLY BREAKFAST RAN FOR 3 HOURS, LUNCH THEY GIVE YOU 30 MINUTES TO GET THERE OR YOU CANT COME IN AND ALSO DINNER IS ONLY 30 MINUTES. THE STAFF MAKE YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE FOR GETTING THERE SLIGHTLY LATER ITS DISGUSTING, WHEN YOUVE PAID GOOD MONEY THEY NEED TO FEED PEOPLE PROPERLY. WITH ALL INCLUSIVE YOU SHOULD ABLE TO GET FOOD AND DRINK WHENEVER, EVEN A SNACK AND DRINK AVAILABLE WOULD OF BEEN FINE, LITERALLY FELT LIKE A PRISON, YOUR ALLOCATED A TABLE AND YOU CAN'T CHOSE WHERE YOU WANT TO SIT, YOU HAVE TO SIT IN THE SAME PLACE EVERYDAY. LASTLY THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE 1 STAR, IVE STAYED IN BETTER 1 STAR HOTELS THAN THIS AND THIS IS A 3 STAR, THEY NEED TO BE INSPECTED ANONYMOUSLY. ONLY HAD ONE STAFF RUNNING THE BAR AND RECEPTION NOT EFFICIENT AT ALL, YOU CAN TELL SHE WAS TIRED AND STRESSED OUT. STAFF IN GENERAL DIDNT SEEM LIKE THEY ENJOYED WORKING THERE. IVE NEVER WRITTEN A HOTEL REVIEW, THIS IS HOW BAD THIS PLACE WAS.

The hotel Ruined my stay completely No safety in the room the door was not closed properly Room was full of insects i stayed three nights and I couldn’t sleep at all i am really upset
