Everything was absolutely fine. The breakfast was varied, every day there was a new type of food served. The staff was friendly, always smiling. If there was a problem (the air conditioning unit was clogged somewhere), Alex the handyman came immediately and solved it. We will definitely come back, thank you for your hospitality!

It wasn't like that.

I was so very fortunate to stay at Hotel Caravel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Daniella was exceedingly kind in her service to others. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood (or maybe because it was off season the area was quieter). Every meal had delicious food--there was no need to eat anywhere else. The air conditioning in the room was enough to take the edge off the humidity and heat. Various bus stops and the Metromare to Rimini center are close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel very near to beach, also you found around small shops and plenty restaurants. Personals in hotel very kind and try to help with any questions. Every day cleaning. Atmosphere between people in hotel was amazing, like in a big family. Room was nice, not to big but was comfortable and all works good. We had full board, so food was enough, all was fresh and tasty, it's was like buffet. Only was little delay when people come to eating in time, but it's just 5 - 7 minutes, so it's not big problem. We had good time in this hotel. Thank you for all staff.

Nothing to say

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel, and ended up extending my stay. The staff was always helpful and nice. The food was great, and the room was comfortable and relaxing.

Not all of the staff members communicated fluently in English but that was a minor issue, as we could understand each other in the end.

The room had new furniture, cleaned every day. The food was delicious. Friendly staff. the hotel is on a quiet and peaceful street.

Room cleaning starts before 8 am. Dinner is one hour, it is not enough and all the guests of the hotel are gathering. The bathrooms have not been renovated and our room did not have a balcony.

the photos of the room were looking nice. the reality was that the bed was very uncomfortable. the toilet was dirty and the air conditioning didn’t worked at all.
