We spent 5 days with my toddler in Hotel Holland with all-inclusive service. As returning guest from last years, I already knew what to expect, but this years’ service has further overdelivered the expectations. I was overly satisfied with the overall experience with some special highlights this year: it felt like returning to an old friend as the Team remembered us and welcomed with open arms; the Hotel used WhatsApp to help me organize my airport pick-up which enabled fast, easy and more personal communication; we again requested the all-inclusive service as it was perfect last year with having multiply option to choose Your menu from but without the feeling of wasting food; the antipasti / appetizer buffet alone would have been enough, but it was always followed with a 3 course meal; this years, we participated the hotels’ “Romagnola dinner” which took place on the beach (!) where we could enjoy the sunset along with the buffet dinner and live music (it was a great experience to enjoy local food and company); we again received 2 sun beds and umbrella in the beautiful and family friendly beach just 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel; this years we were able to enjoy the service of the animators as my daughter was old enough to get involved in the baby dance or enjoy the complementary snack in the beach area; the animators have also been present in the hotel and informed us on all upcoming activities both for children and adults; in addition, our room was always clean and “sand-free” after returning from the beach. Last but definitely not least, our stay has been excellent mainly due to the welcoming Staff / Team in the Hotel: the Team has been excellent, provided help with all our additional request i.e. late check out, airport pick-up, translation, etc; showed always a smiley and warm welcoming attitude and handled us as friends.

The stuff is very helpful and always smiling, and the location is very near of everything.

They have just one elevator,and some time you need to wait 10 minutes to wait for it. The breakfast is poor , they need to much more kinds of the food ( for the people who don't eat sugar ).

We had an excellent stay in Hotel Holland with my toddler. The unusually kind staff treated us as family so it was a pleasure to return to the hotel after a warm day on the beach. I especially liked the kindness of the staff and (I assume) owners, I also appreciated the free access to the private beach with beach beds and own umbrella. We had whole portion of the meals for the toddler as well and also own beach bed for her. We received a crib in our room , but co-sleeping was an option as well with safe bed adjustment. Though the all-inclusive meant we can choose several foods from a menu, but I especially liked this option as we avoided the massive food waste but still was always full after each meal. I really liked the home-made, excellent desserts and theme night with a lot of friendly and happy guests and staff. All in all, I would be happy to return any time and can only recommend to everybody, with small children as well. I would also like to use the opportunity to thank for everything for the staff and owners!

Everything awesome, i recommend. Specially cause pets are allowed for a small fee. Very small fee.

All inclusive option which is very limited , no big choise of drinks and food . drinks and food only provided on scheduled hours. After these hours all cost extra.

İt is close to beach. They are giving free ticket for beach accees. Air conditioner was good working, old but clean.

Permagoana had moulds. Breakfast was not good. Just cake and sweet things. Other meals were ok. Not expect specialItalian cusine. Just normal one. They have a open buffet for salads. Do you need to pay for all included price, i Will not do that again. Train is passing near the hotel, of you're sensitive you should take in to the consideration.
