Very good location. Room was clean and nice

AC didn’t work properly even on the full blast, other than that it was a nice stay

We liked Ramona. She was nice with her clients. Give her a raise

I like the place its in front of the sea.and they have a pool.

The color of the wall in the room. The very annoying sound of the A/C. The breakfast looks no organized well.coffee and juice machine is not function well. We reserved the seaview room and they give us the back room.elevator is always broken.

Beach was very close and shops also. Very nice little town

I didn't like parking lot because it was difficult to enter and exit especially if there was more cars parked Big minus is the lack of fridge and A/C in these strong summer heat

The staff are kind.

Disappointed of the room its not a 3 star hotel room.the bed is so noisy.

Hello. Never wrote down any comments before because all stays was acceptable and there wasn’t any issues or problems but about this situation I can’t silence because I truly hope that everyone who chooses hotels for stay first read feedbacks and look at hotel rate by itself. I booked room from 4-10september but stayed there only from 4-7 September because at 7th September at the morning got kicked out in a rude way. Don’t think that it is a good customer service for the owner who works there 32 years. Every situation should be resolved and discussed in a normal way not in a rude way. Situation was that on the third day while we stayed there the toilet water went down slowly , we saw that and Informed administrator about that because we didn’t do anything bad, just used toilet in regular way and informed normally owner to resolve this issue. When I informed owner he in angry manner answered that will take a look, we went out for a walk and when came back he started to yell and said that it is a big problem and it is our fault and he called master for fixing it and we make a problems , it is a big problem and we should leave. We went to our room to pack our things and bags, there was room cleaners in our room and they were in bathroom and within 10 minutes they fixed the issue and water went down normally. Administrator didn’t even came back to apologise and inform what is happening , we just understood from google translate voice record that everything works and it is good, that is what room cleaners said to us. When we went down with our bags , he again started to yell at us and in rude manner tried to push it to us as it would be our fault. But in the end everything was fixed and there wasn’t need for master.How it is our fault and why we were kicked out if everything was fixed within 5 minutes? Why there was a need to communicate in a rude way and why we were supposed to leave and pay for full stay? Is that is a good customer service?
