Kind and polite staff ,breakfast and lunch awesome 😁 my son likes it..thank you..

1 Pillow sheet with stains/dirty.cleaner or room attendant should be aware..staff should not talk loudly about whatever concerns they have during breakfast or lunch.They should whisper it secretly to their colleagues 😁 Otherwise ,they should buy a long range radio UHF handheld transceiver to communicate or call their colleagues if they need something😁 just a suggestion..no worries we all made mistakes..😁 best wishes to all of you..

The buffet-like lunch was incredible, accompanied by the 3 course meal of the day. Would recommend to try out. The room was comfortable, with a small balcony, the beds were nice as well. But the star of the show was definitely the bathroom, it was newly renovated, spacious and well equipped. Had a great time here!

The nearby beaches weren't the best, had a lot of algae as well. The buses aren't as frequent.

Really nice people in reception/administration, we had an issue with missing towels/sheets and they resolved straight away with no hesitation. For the price we paid the hotel was great! We just wanted a nice/decent place to sleep and to be near the beach. The hotel is near restaurants and just a few steps from the beach. There’s also different arcades and other things to do in the area so for us it was super!

A little bit old/outdated. But we expected that, and as already mentioned compared to what we need/the price for the 6 nights we stayed it was just what we needed.

Everything from the staff reception to the finer details in the room was impeccable. The entire building is set up very tastefully, the room was clean and all required amentities provided for. Bathroom was modern, well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent - accessibility by transport is a plus. Clean and tidy rooms.

WiFi connection was dreadful at times. During night (after 1am) it is gone completely until 10-11am.

Price was very good compared with the quality and courtesy of the hotel and the staff, particular mention for Lara, she is a great host!

I liked the welcoming heart of the owner of the property Francesca, one of my biggest fan, but in general all the staff were welcoming.

- Very friendly, happy and welcoming staff who makes you feel at home - Great choice and quality of breakfast - Location right in front of the beach and very convenient to reach Rimini Fiera

- I found some hairs on the bed and in the toilet, maybe it could be a little cleaner

The room was ok, bed and bathroom perfect, parking place was nice near the hotel. The beach is just a footstep.

The AC didn't have a controller, freezing or hot room.

The location is perfect for the beach, a little far from the station bus there's a direct bus. The staff was amazing and very helpful.
