We stayed at Pan di Zenzero Icecream Hotel with our children and had an amazing time! Everything was perfect — clean rooms, cozy atmosphere and wonderful service. Special thanks to Lyudmyla for her kindness, care and great help — she made us feel at home. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, always fresh and beautifully served. And the ice cream is homemade — absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to the owner for her kindness and hospitality — she personally made an ice cream cake for our daughter, a touching and heartwarming gesture we’ll never forget! Perfect location near the beach, shops and restaurants. A wonderful place for families — we truly loved our stay and will definitely come back!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. First of all, the location of the hotel was very convenient — the bus stop was only about 150 meters away, making it easy to get around. Additionally, there was a Conad grocery store just 500 meters from the hotel, which was perfect for quick shopping. Breakfasts at the hotel were quite good, offering a wide variety of sweet pastries, and we could even enjoy ice cream during breakfast. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. Furthermore, the breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

The selection of fresh vegetables at breakfast was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Also, loud music was played in the hallway, and unfortunately, it could be heard from inside our room, which disturbed the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The staff was exceptional—always friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy, well-kept, and very clean, perfect for our family. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

It would be nice if it were more self-service during breakfast, as we often had to wait or ask for milk or butter. However, the breakfast selection was good and interesting, with a variety of options, although it was mostly sweet items. I would still highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea!

My room was absolute spotless. And I am a quite fussy person , there was not a single thing I could’ve picked on it was super comfortable very clean and nice,i dont even understand how this hotel is only a 2star.definitely deserves more!. I loved everything about it my stay.The hotel itself is very pretty clean comfortable and welcoming. The staff are amazing so friendly and always very helpful. Any time you have a questions they always there with a big smile on their face. I have really enjoyed my stay and definitely at some point I’m going back there.

If I have to pick one thing that I had issue with is possibly the breakfast. Don’t get me wrong with the breakfast was amazing and everything was freshly made and very appetising.my only issue they didn’t have more option on the savoury section, it was mainly on the sweets. But everything looked amazing.

The place is gorgeous! Very nicely decorated and modern. We were in the quadruple room and it was the perfect size for us. So close to the beach. We are on a long tour of Italy and it was perfect to relax for a few days. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were lovely. Communication perfect from before we even arrived. You can tell every staff member works so hard as well. It's a lovely place to stay!

Absolutely nothing!

This property has 2stars but really is serving like a pro. The decorations all over the building and in the rooms r adorable. The room was very clean, spot on. I had a small double room, now that really small tho but was okey. Had a balcony aswell. It had a small fridge, safe, shower, aircon, toiletries, towels. The staff were friendly and always helpful. They even bought a gluten and seeds free bread for me. So the breakky for me was a bit weird, cause it wasnt a buffet and everything was in a small size but all what u can do is going back and ask for more. The owner lady was lovely aswell. Oh the location is perfect. Its on a smaller street, so the high street’s noise wont disturb u. And its on walking distance with lot of restaurants. To town u can go with a bus, costs 2.50€. The taxi is extremly expensive if u go for example to a shopping centre.

My only 1 problem was that the rooms r not soundproof. Even after the first night I had to change my room, still the noises were pretty bad. Starting from the early morning as the kitchen staff started working, (like they were banging the walls or something) thru the day and night cause u can hear everything what the guests r doing. :(

The first thing that charms you is the beautiful smell when you enter the building. The building itself is very nicely reconstructed, it definitely stands out in the whole street, even the room and equipment is new and very elegant, even though it’s just a 2* hotel. Rooms have a great functioning AC and they are cleaned every day. Then there is the breakfast - great looking and even better tasting food, from sweet to salty, and the ice cream - yumm! The staff is very nice and pleasant. On the last day when we had to leave very early, they prepared us a breakfast packages with a great amount of food, which was very nice. Location of the hotel is also perfect, it’s just 100m to the beach and a few minutes to the part of the busier street with restaurant and cafes, the hotel itself is in the quiet part of the town. I definitely recommend.

The room we stayed in was quite smaller than I expected, there is really just a big bed and like 50cm around it, and that’s it. And a tiny bathroom. And there was no closet, just a hanger and one drawer. I mean, we managed, we didn’t have many things, but at least a shelf would be nice, and there would be a place for it. Another thing, you can really hear everything, not only the alarm clock in the another room, but even though we stayed on the 2nd floor, we heard everything from the breakfast room downstairs - maybe try a better insulation around doors?

Hotel was very nicely decorated and scented according to the theme. It's about two minutes from the beach and main street and the sea is visible from some balconies. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast had both sweet and salty options and of course ice cream as well. We recommend this hotel for anyone planning to stay in this area as the value for money is great and it's one of the prettiest hotels you could possibly find around there. There is also a bus stop on each corner of the street and it takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the centre of Rimini by bus.

The room was quite small for our liking. There was also a noise from the streets in the evening but that's to be expected in this area during the season.

The room was absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of the beautiful location, wonderful accommodations, and outstanding service made for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

I really liked the personal, they were all nice and understanding. The breakfast people were so amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Sea was like 2 minutes away and everything was clean and comfy.

The only thing that i didn't like that much was the parking, the parking itself wasn't that bad, but it definitly wasn't 50 meters. I would say it was like 100-150 meters.
