Renovated rooms looks fresh, exceptional staff!!! Very friendly and helpful, the hotel in front of the beach. Breakfast was good enough for a 3-star hotel. Overall, it’s really good hotel for the price you pay.

Small rooms, but it’s okay to stay for a few days. There is no soundproofing in rooms. You can hear loud TV from neighbor room or other people in corridor.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, varied and plentiful. The staff is nice, they smile a lot. The owner was involved in serving dinner every day. He greeted everyone personally. You can find everything right on the beach, a few meters away. Shop, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, everything

We arrived late, we quickly took over the room. We only noticed that the air conditioner was not working when we were sleeping. The next day they tried to fix it for the first time and then changed the room. We had an uncomfortable night and a wasted morning. They treated us correctly and changed the room.

Perfect hotel, location and staff. The food .....oooo the food ...you can taste the best italian food in this hotel. Strongly recommend the services of this Hotel.

Everything in the hotel was outstanding, the hotel was quite a way from Rimini centre but when we got to know the buses, it was very easy, the hotel also provide free bike hire which we only discovered on the second last day. Can’t fault the hotel or Staff who were above and beyond for us, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is in a very good location, very clean and top cleaning services, friendly staff and multiple language spoken receptionist, comfortable refurbished rooms, good room facilities, perfect for families everything available at the location.

- Hotel Elevator was very old and slow service - Not much food option at hotel restaurant couple of good options - Car park not at the location, 20 minutes walk. - I had full board package but they told me the drinks including water and physic not included so it was extra cost with every meals. - Beach bench cost €18 from hotel starting from 8 rows, or €23 from 4th row and first 3 rows not available for holiday makers only for the locals, it was very humiliating moving us from one bench to other every day ! - All week we had 1 day good weather the rest was very windy and cold definitely not for swimming or summer holiday
